First, all 5-star reviews are scams. The features do not work at all, or some of them work and the other part stops. There are no refunds. There is no technical support.

I purchased the product but did not benefit from it. Problems always exist, even though I specialize in informatics. After 6 months of suffering, I contacted the company to explain a problem during the installation, and their first response was (You must purchase the assistance service...).
If I, as an experienced person, need to purchase help, this means that your application is understood only by you.
I will add now that the eyezy writes that it wants detailed information about me in order to address the issue, but my name is clear and my email address is clear. It is just a scam company, and even 5-star reviews are a scam on their part.

"Poor basic customer service"

Poor basic customer service. I bought the service for my sons' apple watches and immediately into set up they informed me that they couldn't do it for watches. Understandably I asked for my money back cause that's what I bought it for but they refused, hiding behind policies. Within 15 minutes of buying it we learned I couldn't use it but they still refused refund.
Also, if you buy the technical support set up, be sure to use all preventions from losing the chat cause once it's gone you can't get it back. That's another $50 down the drain.
