I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I paid for a year. It won’t work with iPhones and I am getting no response from Customer Service and I am unable to cancel and get a refund.

Sin solucción, un timo. Tras varios fallos de sincronización, te piden que reinstales, lo haces, que envies SMS, lo haces, que pidas ayuda por el Chat, lo haces, y que resultado optienes.... NINGUNO. Cortan la conversación del Chat sin más.
Cobran bien y se rien de la gente.

"Scam company AVOID"

Before I purchased Eyezy, I inquired thoroughly whether it could monitor Telegram messages on iPhone SE gen 2 iOS 17.0 without jailbreak. I was assured it could, and then guided to purchase the Ultimate pack. Trusting Eyezy's advertising, I bought the Ultimate pack. After the purchase, Eyezy couldn't monitor Telegram messages, and it couldn't jailbreak iPhone SE gen 2 iOS 17.0.3. Contacting support led to vague responses. Eventually, Eyezy claimed that the inability to jailbreak was not their fault, and they refused a refund. Eyezy is a scam, everyone stay away from Eyezy.

I was speaking to a customer service representative named J Cross. I asked him to test trace my own number and he blatantly refused assuring me it all works fine. We are 3 parents who want the keep an eye on our children.
We were going to have 3 different accounts for 1 year.
This is definitely a con.
He then just cancelled the call.
