The highly qualified optometrists took the time to carefully explain the examination findings and any required treatments or recommendations. They use impressive cutting-edge tools and technology, which helps them make precise diagnoses. The variety of eyewear options was also something I appreciated, and the staff did a fantastic job of helping me find the right frames for my style and prescription.

As a loving aunt, I can't help but worry about the safety of my nephews and nieces in today's digital world. My youngest niece is 5 and knows how to play and chat with strangers in games. That's why it's very helpful to have a monitoring app like eyeZy. I can rest assured that they are not in any sort of harm while they are online.

Awful experience! I purchased this software under their "try now" button on the website. I immediately realised the software wouldn't do as I requested. So I asked for a refund via web chat. They said they would have to email me in a few days.
After a few days I got an email saying they couldn't provide a refund. So began 7 weeks of emails back and forth where they refuse to acknowledge that I am entitled to a refund and also refuse to provide me with their complaints procedure.
They totally ignore anything you have to say, take days to reply and will take a subscription fee from you if you don't cancel it. Terrible company AVOID

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! I purchased the download and it wouldn't work. It kept giving me an error message. I called and left a voicemail for support and I received no response. I tried to contact tech support, but they want to charge $50+ to assist! I sent three chat messages that were never responded to; however, they did send automatic reply emails, and that was it. I asked to be refunded, and was further ignored. I had to call and dispute the charge with my credit card company, and that is still pending. Also, to use the app, it costs $9.99/month!!!! Which is not mentioned anywhere on their website!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

"Terrible customer service, no value added for iPhone that iCloud doesn't provide for free."
Things I learned that weren't clear when signing up for the service. If you buy directly from the app store instead of signing up on the website then the only features you get are an emergency button on the monitored phone and location on the admin phone. The location isn't real time and there is built in location on the iPhone for free. If you sign up for a plan through the website the only features you get are the same features you get through having access to iCloud, for free. And it only syncs when there is an iCloud backup which is every 3hours at the quickest setting. When requesting a refund 2 days after signing up, they said that you must jailbreak your phone, which voids the warranty to access the iPhone features. Their 'detailed instructions' say you must jailbreak your phone and there are detailed tutorials how to do that on the internet, they do not provide those instructions. It was terrible customer service, the website employs many dark patterns, and saying that jailbreaking your phone voids the warranty but 'you can undo it to bring the warranty back' is sketchy to say the least. No refund was provided. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app unless you have an Android phone. This experience was a result of multiple back and forths with the Eyezy support team and 'Nate Foster'.

Nate gave great customer service, His patience was very surprising because I was really loading questions at him :) and he was able to answer them all, with attachments, screenshots, and all. It was so funny, every time I got knocked off the internet and logged in again, it was him I always got to assist me. He was pleasant and professional, and he made the service enjoyable.
