I had an appointment at Coronalab in The Hague at 10am the day before flying out. I was told I would get the result any time before 11pm. 11pm came and no result! I e-mailed the Lab and received this response 1h30 later You got tested at Coronalab.eu today for a PCR test. Unfortunately, due to big technical difficulties we will not be able to give you a test result. This is of course not the way we normally work, and we understand that you aren't used to this from us.
If there was a technical problem, shouldn't it be Coronalab's responsibility to call its clients to alert them that the PCR cannot be done? What kind of management is this?

I asked for a change. Everything was right till the moment I get the Coronalab. I had an appointment to 9:30 but, the Coronalab didn’t open till 10. When the change was made no one told me that, depending on the city, they have different open times. We have ti pay a lot of money and they don’t care about to give the right information

Zeer slecht. Ze doen niet wat ze beloven. Uitslag is niet voor 23:00 binnen. En dan is er na 23:00 geen enkele mogelijkheid om contact met ze op te nemen tot de volgende morgen 09:00. Je hebt dan ook geen idee wanneer de uitslag dan wel komt. Zeer stressvol als je smorgen vroeg een vlucht moet hebben en je weet niet of er een testuitslag komt.
