"Avoid or expect awful customer service"

Ordered a mohair coat from the company, arrived quite quickly and was pretty good quality. HOWEVER it was missing the belt, the coat kinda looks a bit off without it and is a rather integral part of the garment. Customer service is possibly the worst I've ever experienced. Non existant. Ignored all inquiries and fake responded on instagram. Joke of a company. Shame as the coat is nice quality though lmao

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Valabasas. I placed an order three weeks ago and, aside from a confirmation email, I’ve heard absolutely nothing. I’ve reached out multiple times with no response, which is completely unacceptable.

I’ve been a loyal customer and have ordered from this brand on three other occasions without any issues, but this time, the lack of communication and customer service has been appalling. If this is how they treat returning customers, I’m done. You’ve officially lost me as a customer.

I would not recommend ordering from Valabasas unless you’re prepared to deal with delays and radio silence. Step it up!

"Scammers!"

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband ordered on 11/29. This company was speedy in processing his payment yet has not been quick to update him on his order. It is now almost a month later and we still do not have his order or a refund. My husband disputed the transaction on his Cash App card and Cash App declined the dispute stating they reached out to the company and was informed that the vendor fulfilled the order which is a lie!!. I am going to the BBB next. Very disappointed!

I placed an order November 30 and here it is December 20 almost a month later with no update on shipping or when I receive my package……Been contacting customer service through email & by phone but no answer or response I’m filling a complaint with my bank for a refund

"No updates or tracking on my order"

I seen to be having the same issue multiple other patrons are having. I ordered a few pieces a week ago and haven’t received any updates about the order being shipped or even a tracking number. I just don’t seem to understand why keep accepting customers payment if you’re not able to fulfill their orders in the time frame you promised on your website. The customer service is non-existent as well, very disappointed as returning patron of this brand. Won’t be shopping with them anymore after this.

No customer support. Made numerous calls & support emails through the link. This order is from the Cyber Monday sale and I haven’t gotten any response. A refund or something would be nice prior to a dispute with the card company.

I would have gave Valabasas 5 stars But it took longer than regular to receive my order. Other than that I really love the brand ☺️and rep it on the regular 💯waiting for a new order now for my birthday outfit ☺️❤️🤣

"💯 On everything "

I’ve been dealing with Valabasas for the past 3 years or so and for me from the quality to the customer service to the shipping it has been a great experience. The response time is on point and they have always straightened out any issues I have had with my orders, no issues on that end. All I wear now is Valabasas and everybody that I have turned on to Valabasas has became long term customers. To me it’s not just a clothing brand it a lifestyle and over the last few years of dealing with Valabasas, the service has made me feel like I was truly apart of the Valabasas family.
