"I placed an order on December 9th…"

I placed an order on December 9th order. Two of the three items purchased are ripping in the crotch/backside of the pants. At this point it seems the 3rd pair may start to do the same. We have purchased other merchandise and the quality has been perfect. We have now emailed multiple times with 1 acknowledgment email to begin and nothing since. What a SCAM of a company to not do good by their product.

Just got my order from Valabasas and wow, they nailed it! The jeans fit like a dream and they got here so fast. Seriously impressed with their service. Will shop again!

I have place a few orders with Valabasas. I have always received the items, but i did incur a long, drawn out situation when it came time to exchange a size for one of my orders. I returned the item via USPS, as instructed, and they stated that it takes 10-15 business days from date returned item is received. I called on the 14th day to inquire about return and surprisingly there wasn’t even an update on my return as of the 14th day. I did get in touch with a representative on the phone, who insured to push my exchange along and note the account. So stay tune, I am trying not to go the credit card dispute route.

I order a pair of pants from them was delivered to me but somebody stole my package now keep in mind that I also paid the extra 10 dollars for stolen,damaged, lost protection. I reached out to them about the situation they told me to file a police report which I did sent it to them they responded and said that they would reship it. Guess what nerve did I email them because the number listed doesn't work no response after that which is bull. I kept on emailing them to refund my money I haven't heard anything from them in 2 weeks I'm done wasting my time with them never will oder from ever again.

These ppl are a scam. I ordered the Vegan Leather Olive green matching set and some grey stacked jeans in November. The jeans came but no set. After going back and forth with them and later them ignoring my messages and email. I filed a claim with my bank and the State of Tennessee Consumer Complaint Division for fraud for a partial order. About 2 weeks ago, I get a call from Ms. Ibrahim stating she was going to mail the set out to me and would not charge for it because I waited 3 months for it. They later told my bank that they mailed the order out on time and I was charged 400 dollars anyway. Do not deal with these ppl they are dishonest.

Got my order in on time, Shipped Same day, Got email notifications, I even had a sizing problem wear it was too tight on me and customer service replied instantly and i got to exchange it for a sizeup, 100% will buy from them again.

They are ok, until something does not fit or has an issue. They will not refund your money or reply to your emails. I will not be purchasing anything else.

"Terrible Customer Service"

I order clothes from this company and one of the items were too big. I sent in a request to exchange and it was approved. I paid for additional shipping to send the item back. I tracked the package and it was delivered on 12/4. I've been emailing, calling and also using the online chat and no one has returned my call or email. Terrible customer service. I don't believe this company all the way legit. Make sure you know the correct sizes

"Not reputable"

TLDR, avoid buying from them.

They aren’t a well establish reputable brand. They are just showy street ware and the risks of buying from them reflect this. I’ve purchased from them twice now for a total of 6 items. Of those 7 items one was immediately return because they didn’t include necessary components to make it work when shipping, 1 was not functionally designed, and 1 was not as advertised on the website. The other 4 were fine. Their customer service is basically non existent AND they change their policies Willy nilly to try and skirt responsibility.
