"Frustrating "
My experience was a bit frustrating with continental. The documentation took long and they kept making mistakes with the information I provided them. Whenever they sent me documents to sign, I will find spelling mistakes and had to inform them to make the corrections.
Secondly, after I sent them everything they required, they got back to me later asking for bank statements before the policy can be issued which they should have asked for earlier.
I hope I won’t have to deal with continental again.

My summary of 14 years of investments with RL360 is as follows: my original investment never made any money, in fact it lost 10% of the original investment of 100K pounds sterling. In July I decided to close it and cash out. It has taken until this week for me to receive the money. In that 3 months, the amount has lost further money due to inflation and inability to reinvest it. Communication with RL360 has been very poor and sporadic, there has so far been no final statement of account so I don't even know how much I was supposed to receive. What I do know is that when I checked my investment in July it was approx 93,000 pounds sterling. What I received this week was less than 91,000 pounds sterling. I would like to know how the closure of my account was handled. You see, in the absence of a statement, I have no way of knowing. What last minute charges were there? The entire experience has been very negative, and this closing period has been fairly typical.

I asked my financial consultant to arrange for the surrender of my GQ global investment on the 11th of September 2024 and is the 20th of October now nearly 6 weeks and I still have not got my money and I'm in danger of losing the property that I have put a Deposit on this inefficiency of this company is beyond the joke. if I lose the property, I also lose the deposit and I will have nowhere to live as I've already made arrangements to move out and the new tenants moving in the day I move out Of my present property
