We have been waiting more than a week, if not two, for an answer to a straightforward question. You cannot provide customer support by email if you then ignore the emails (or have long turnaround times). I know it's a difficult time, which is why straightforward queries need to be answered by phone and then closed.

As a Principal of SJB Global, I cant recommend RL360 enough. As a company who works on a transparent fee based charging structure, RL360 works brilliantly for us as they offer a cheap fee based platform which is as cost effective as it gets. The cost is a huge part of the reason we use RL360 but also the efficiency of their administration process and online portal.

I'm really surprised about some of the other comments on here. Clearly, some of these people rating RL360 negatively aren't reading the documents they are signing! During this pandemic, I've been so relieved to have my RL360 Savings product. I know it is secure and growing at a healthy rate in the background despite all the chaos. Far better returns than any high street bank interest! Plus frankly, having this plan locked in has meant I didn't even think about chipping away at my savings. My future self is very pleased about!

"Beware of RL360 pension products"

Beware of RL360 pension products like QROPS. They can tie you in for up to 10 years with no way out and punitive costs when offshore investments go bad. My pension is around 20% of what it used to be and still they charge a 1% annual fee. This company has no empathy or professional integrity. They are setup offshore in order to escape the scrutiny of the British financial authorities, which puts your hard-earned savings at risk. They will take all financial control away from you and put it in the hands of crooked trustees and unchecked advisors. If the products sound too good to be true, it's because they are. Don't find out the hard way. Offshore SIPPs will be the next creative financial instrument to crash.

"Stay away, don’t waste your money and time."

They offer an investment plan exclusive to expats and their coordinator(who may be your acquaintance) explain the service very attractively with graphs and figures for expected high return. All of them are fictions. I just let my money sit in their account with very little return otherwise I could earn better return by myself. My coordinator promised me 11% of annual return before the contract and denied it several years later that she never have said that.. If the return they can make is only 3%, I could get better even with other assurance company in my country without choosing expat special plan which is worse. Once I realized this, I regretted a lot. Yet, before loosing more and more opportunities of investment, I decided to pay ridiculous amount of penalty and got back my money.
I do recommend not to be involved with them. Just the banks are offering better investment plans.

"Steer clear"

I have a long term policy with this company and they do not follow their own terms and conditions. When questioned they were very blaze and refused to confirm under which clause they were diverting my premium into their own account (or to give evidence that they are not profiting from diverting the funds). Furthermore they send no proof of their 'policies' which they sometimes follow and sometimes not - I am not sure they actually have any policies in place as it should be very easy to prove especially to quell your client's concerns.

It is very sad that this supposedly professional financial company shows such disdain to it's clients whilst charging high management fees.
