"Service does not exist"
Poor service, you pay for a service you will never get. Line constantly have issues but you must pay. No one is realy sure wat is wrong an how long it will tak to fix the problem. I was told 4 to 8 hours now today they are not sure. Probably 3 months again.

This is the worst internet provider company every. The worst customer service the worst after sales .They are quick to debit your account even if your internet is not working.then they don't even credit your account when the take 3x the amount from your account. They steel your money . Then if you cancel you have to pay them R650. But you didn't even get any service from them. Any person how thinks to sign up with supersonic must seriously rethink it. Thanks

I am constantly being debited when I cancelled in November already!! R250 cancellation fee was paid on 01 December 2021 now they submitting random large amounts to my account!!! (R2499)

"Supersonic - Worse customer experience EVER"
Choosing Supersonic Fibre was a decision I regret. Getting connected took weeks to get finalized. Then Supersonic deducts money when they shouldn't, after long fruitless efforts to get them to correct the error, I decided to reverse the deduction. Then recently they deducted 3 months premiums, again I have already sent emails that are not being responded to and phoning the call centre that takes over 30min to acknowledge an error that never gets resolved is again a frustrating fruitless exercise
Only been with Supersonic for a month and few days but I want nothing to do with them anymore

"DAY 10 AND STILL NO INTERNET!! SUPERSONIC SUPERSTARS NEED SOME SERIOUS SUPERSTAR INTERVENTION!"
Even after telling SUPERSONIC what the problem is and finally, after 6 days, receiving a new sim card I still can't connect to the internet because apparently the data hasn't been activated. Despite 2 hours on the phone with the 'SUPERSTARS' while they wait for feedback from supposed management we wait! Where is this management?
My debit went through promptly without any problem by the way! NOT GOOD ENOUGH SUPERSONIC!

"Pathetic call-centre agents"
I've been with Supersonic for over a year, no serious complaints regarding the fibre or coverage at all.
However, even though the call centre answers rather quickly (within 5 minutes), the agent's knowledge on products and services are pathetic!!!
Holding on for over 45 minutes at a time while they put you on hold and never get back to you!?
Please guys, your agents will cause you to lose lots of potential business.
I'm also an agent to assist in sign-ups for SS and trust me, when I am asked about the services, I'm not going to sugar coat it.
I will try one more time this month to get my query sorted. And if I have to be on hold for more than 10 minutes, I will find myself a new ISP.

It has been 4 month waiting on a refund. On the 19th i was told it is being processed and i will receive feedback. Today they are quite and ignoring my mails. I called and the rude agent who answered just put me on hold when I told her I want my refund, for over 45minutes on hold . Now it's Edith Maphanga lying to me. I'm sure i have spoken to the whole supersonic scammers team and they are all escalating.
