"bad bad bad...3 months of fighting to…"

bad bad bad...3 months of fighting to get the right billing, Supersonic deduct payments that are wrong and with no invoices...that amounts to theft in my book. plus they do not make an efforts until you get nasty. they also cut my service even though it is paid and i have to fight to prove that it was paid.... stay away from them and go shop elsewhere it will be safer!!!! MTN is asleep to the fact that their brand is being destroyed....( UPDATE 17/12/21...still getting billed for a product i dont own and having worst connection issues ever...MTN is the worst experience of a service provider i have ever had in my life)

"The most shocking service provider…"

The most shocking service provider ever. They promise to resolve issues, they never do, they keep you holding for 30 minutes at a time, I have cancelled my contract with them and advise strongly against using them as a service provider.

"Been trying to install Supersonic for…"

Been trying to install Supersonic for over a month. I chose Supersonic as previous owner used them and I assumed it would be the easiest and fastest to set me up- how wrong I could be.

For the first few times I called it was like always starting over and having to provide current fibre box details. Then would not hear anything further and call again and they would ask for the the same information. Eventually after doing this many times I moved to the next step in the process and was told I have been marked for installation sometimes that day and Abdu would call me to arrange installation. Abdu has meant to call me every day for a week- whenever I call them I am not able to call Abdu. Such a frustrating process! When I enquire if I can speak to a superior the answer always comes back to wait for Abdu!

How can there be no system to deal with problem cases???? Still awaiting installation (despite previous owner having Supersonic installed) and I am too nervous to start the process again with another fibre provider.

*Update- I have now been contacted to say installation will happen tomorrow (crossing fingers)

** Update 2- Installation did happen yesterday as planned but Supersonic were supposed to call back to confirm package and activate line and surprise surprise no call back. I called Yesterday afternoon and again today to enquire about callback/activation and as usual promised someone would call me back on both occasions and again no call back- I cannot quite believe how poor the customer service is! Ialso had a response to this review to email Daniel from Supersonic and it has been more than 24 hours without a response.

"There is fibre in my area YAAAAAY"

There is fibre in my area, YAAAAAY so, goodbye Supersonic. Connection is bad, stupidly overpriced. And when you force your clients to use a speedtest that is fishy before complaining about speed issues, very well thought out to make it seem like there is nothing wrong. But i am happy, all i can say is, Goodbye and enjoy providing more appalling service to more desperate clients. No need to respond to this review, it was made to let future possible clients know and not for you to act like you care.

"This is becoming very frustrating"

This is becoming very frustrating, unprofessional and in my eyes robbery.
I have canceled over two months ago.

Can somebody tell me what the progress of CAS-886586-P2Q0F3 is?

I see my account has still not been closed and I'm still receiving invoices?

It has been going on for two months now and this is still not resolved.
I have sent them voice recordings of phone calls from Supersonic saying that my account is cancelled. Yet they still continue to charge me.

I have sent them emails of all the cancellation requests from both me and my new service provider Home Connect, and yet Supersonic continues to charge me.

How are large companies allowed to continue to take money for people after services are cancelled. We as consumers follow your instructions of giving 30 day notices, paying a month ahead. Send you all required emails and paperwork. Then large companies can just ignore you for month, continue to charge you and act like nothing is wrong with it.

It takes 10 minutes to sign up buts months to cancel.
This is day light robbery and criminal.

"Supersonic. Where is my router??? Why are you billing me???"

Supersonic has yet to deliver my router from July but are billing me for two accounts? I have sent complaints via email, WhatsApp and contacted them with empty promises to sort this out!!! I am so frustrated and at this point that I will have to take months of emails and complaints to head office. If no one bothers to assist me at this point then I will be taking legal action with no dought
I will NOT recommend Supersonic to anyone!

"Super sonic router has no connection…"

Super sonic router has no connection for a week, they debit my account on tome but they do not provide and fail to give me the service I pay for. Calling their customer support center is useless. They always claim to escalate my issues and promise to call me back. I work from home and this has compromised my income. Super sonic is the worst service provider I will Never recommend super sonic even to my worst enemy. Waste of time and money. Enemy of progress! Do yourself a favor and stay away from them

If I could give them no stars at all, I would.

Our connection has been down since a week. They don't do anything about it. Horrible, horrible company. They just take your money and provide absolutely no service. We haven't even had a technician on site yet.

"Crappp!!!!"

Crappp!!!!


Received my router 2days and still unable to access internet. You are very disorganized and your customer service is poor , I’m fed up come and take your router and refund me I’m tired of this nonsense. Should have went into reviews before even subscribing to this bull . Waste of time and airtime !!!
