"Poor Customer Service"

I have been trying to get through to a consulting agent for a long time. I asked for call backs and nobody calls back. I need to start the cancelation process, when I got through finally (after holding for 30 minutes) to someone she said she doesn't know how to help me she will transfer me. I was on hold for another 20 minutes. The guys that answered the phone sounded like he was fast asleep and zero interest in helping me. He told me to send an email. I asked him to explain the process to me after I send the email, he said I must go check the website, like he has no energy to answer my questions and I'm just bothering him with my call. I tried it and the email bounced back saying this address is not valid. Spent the whole day trying to get through to the call center and every time after holding for 15 min the line would just go dead. Tried the email address on the website and it came back to tell me saying "this is an unattended mailbox please call the call center". The WhatsApp number also just tells you to call the call center. I am extremely frustrated and and as a loyal, paying customer I shouldn't have to struggle so much and waist so much of my time. Someone needs to get a hold of me ASAP please. 073 372 7996

constant speeds fluctations for long periods of time by far the worst ISP and the most shittest customer service they are ripping people off, all the so called champions dont kno what they are doing and there is no accountability from them they should rather shut down because they are incompetent of providing a service to PAYING CUSTOMERS

1HR 20M. to answer your call. The agents dont have a clue how to handle a problem. Line is off for 5 days now. Technition is even more stupid and have no clue how to solve the problem. Pathetic!!

Client since Nov2020,my line deactivated 1 July 2021 for no reason. I contacted Super everyday for over a month. Each day they promise to sort and call me back..never happened. Worst service levels I have ever experienced (worse than government). I have now cancelled and going with another Co.

I would rate supersonic internet provider a zero!!
Supersonic debits my bank account even if I’ve paid for wifi data, they will add the amount which I’ve paid for as a debit on my account in other words the paid amount along with my service amount is debited every month, they are up to nonsense!! I am paying for data twice! This is very unprofessional. The service lady had the nerve to tell me that I sound desperate for the money! Well if you’re taking payments from me twice then surely you need to refund it ???

I have been waiting for my refund for 2 months now. Everything when I call I'll get the same response "A case for refund has been logged and they will escalate to the person responsible or his in meetings" No feedback.

Service, communication and feedback is terrible. If they can't help you telephonically they put the phone down on you after hanging on for lengths at a time.
Been with them for 3 months and can't confirm one full month so far of uninterrupted Fibre. Their connection is either down or super slow and I have a 50/50. I've spent more per month on extra data than I have on fibre.
If you feel like struggling, not getting service, sitting without Fibre and not getting any feedback or assistance then this is your company.

"Worst service provider I have ever met…"

Worst service provider I have ever met in my life. Placed an order on 19 May 2021. 11 June partial installation was done and a router dropped at my house. The router was never opened from the box as there is no power from the fiber line. The internet never worked from day one. Now its July still no feedback despite numerous calls. The customer service is very very poor, they just keep saying a rehearsed statement that someone will call after 4 to 8hours.

For too long Super Sonic has taken their customers for granted and with no consequences.

Super Sonic should be forced into liquidation for their poor service and ill-treatment of their customers.

There has to be an organisational body that overseas I.S.P's in South Africa - not a parastatal that can be bought off and bribed like the rest of our government.

An actual overseeing body who can force Super Sonic to close their doors.

Here are a few reasons why?

"USELESS!!! DON'T EVER CONSIDER"

Worst ISP I have ever used. I have tried to upgrade 3 times with endless delays. Then I canceled I am well past 30 days and they still won't release my line.

I cannot express how much I dislike this company. They are useless, each and every support member has no clue as to what to do and they always have a different story to tell.

RELEASE MY LINE!!! PLEASE!!!
