The most pathetic flippen service provider you will ever come across!!! Dam useless. They going down as fast as the came! Haha
Must we beg for a service? And they still wanna debit my account for something I cancelled. Disgusting

"VERY BAD SERVICE!!"

Our Supersonic Internet Service was suspended. We PAID the R200,00 Emailed the PROOF and phoned them. The lady confirmed receiving the proof that we Emailed and told us that our Internet will work in a Hours time. We'll we're still waiting this was a DAY ago still no Internet!!! Tried phoning numerious times, waisting ALL my airtime. Took the CALLBACK option, phone rang answered and guess what voice saying you're no 17 in Line get to no 1 then back to no 17 again!!! Held on for a Hour and Half Friday night on the Callback and what happens the call goes dead after holding on for so long. The Customer Service is BAD!!! Quick to suspend your Service but BAD in reconnecting you again. I've never ever had such POOR SERVICE!

"Poor customer service and corrupt"

We have had nothing but trouble while being with supersonic for just over a year now.
We moved in June 2020 and supersonic just continued billing us for our old address added to the new address and has now today just cut off our internet at home. We have been in communication with them for over a year to try and resolve this issue with several phone calls and emails back and forth explaining that we have moved and that we are no longer connected to the old address (which we did well in advance before we moved). We have been paying our account every month on time only to have our internet cut with our complaints unreaolved. When we called them today, we simply received an automated response instructing us to settle our account - with no option to speak to a consultant. I am absolutely furious. I work from home and cannot afford this delay! Thank goodness we are moving again and will not ever be dealing with supersonic again!

"Delay in refund"

After letting me apply and pay the upfront fee they requested I, myself then realized my area doesn't have coverage this was after I confirmed my address with them more than two times. On the 26th May 2021, they advised that they would refund the amount and pay it back into my bank account, almost 14 days later, there's no refund. I have been told a thousand different stories and given different dates as to when I will receive my refund. Calling them is a complete nightmare as they seem to always be inundated with calls and I don't remember holding on for less than 30 minutes. I can safely say I am so glad that I will not be using their services. I just wish they would pay my money back already and stop being so unprofessional, and dishonest and completely incompetent

"Exceptionally poor"

Exceptionally poor! 3 Months to process a credit note and multiple emails and calls and they continue to bill me! Even after not delivering the modem, they continue to bill for a service they are not providing!

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!"

Supersonic does not even deserve one star!!! I am at the point that I want to cry and pull out my hair when I hear or see anything from Supersonic! Been on hold now for two hours to figure out why they deducted R4000+ from my account when I have canceled over two months ago with them! They also keep calling me for a router that I need to return, when they never actually delivered anything to me, which was one of the many reasons I canceled in the first place! Just all-around horrible customer service, and an unethical company with a messy administration (and I am still being very nice here, trying to contain my frustration). At this point, Supersonic is not only unjustly taken food from the table, all the frustration they are causing is affecting my mental health. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

Worse customer service I’ve ever received Been told my area is not fiber ready, but the owner before me was with supersonic??!!!how the hell does that work took a screenshot on their website where it shows my area is fiber ready send a screenshot to the WhatsApp number given on the website that was at 9 am I was told a consultant will be in touch I’m still waiting !!!
