This is definitely the worst company I have ever delt with its been almost a week an a half and I'm still waiting for my fiber to be activated.... Called this company numerous on a daily bases but still nothing everyone says they same thing.... You think when you phoning customer care the name (care) will say something you have to take care of your customers which this company lacks seriously they agents works from home so they rude absolutely rude when you ask for a manager they say they will contact you back which never happens I'm really sick an tired of this company.... I have even logged a case with CGSO. Anyone wants to deal with this company think carefully about what's others went throw.

"The worst service provider I’ve ever…"
The worst service provider I’ve ever encountered. They made me wait for a good 60 days just trying to get me connected. All this time as I’m waiting I’m the one who calls daily with calls that are a duration of 1hr 30 mins, being sent from pillar to post. When I do the noble thing and cancel they’re stalling claiming that I’d need to make a certain payment. My question is, what service did I get from them? No internet used so what do you reckon I pay for? So now people pay for sh$&&y service if there was none? Sorry excuse of a company.

They don’t care about the customer at all, it has taken them 3 months to NOT connect our fiber. Every time I call I get a different story and get told they have made the matter urgent, urgent for 3 months. Disgusting. The customer service people will literally just be quite on the phone, they don’t want to give you service. Most frustrating experience.

Sat without internet at new premises for 2 months and even after canceling and paying the clawback fee, the line is still active and now the new tenants can't activate their fiber. This is the worst fiber company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! After sales is non existant and the don't give a damn about any reviews or negative comments!

Not adhering to customer service queries. Charges your account months after canceling your contract. Repeatedly say they will "get back to you" and that never happens. Stay away!!!

Please do not use this service ...there is no one who has responded to my call and complains but they just keep debiting my account , their service is very very poor .I am yet to have my account credited which was promised to be done within 24 hours but it's now 3 months since I had emailed my cancellation for their service due to me being unemployed and I have not received any feed back from them and I have made numerous calls to them which is costing me a fortune ...but U get no joy...it's now 5 days ago today when I promised that my bank account will be credited but nothing as happen .Don't use this service people ...anyone who wants to contact me can do so on 0783877194.

WORSE SERVICES YOU WILL EVER RECEIVE
Asked for a manager to call me on on a Friday morning, till the afternoon they apparently in meetings, they are Reynard , Kuben and Thulani. If the agent Sphabili answers , save yourself some time , they read of a script and repeat the same answer to any question. Worse service provider ever, I do hope they close down soon , tired of incompetence and unprofessional services we receive in our country. Yet we pay for the services every month to receive the most unstable connection and terrible customer service . They have an excellent strategy in avoiding customers , they only have 1 number you can call for anything, there is no email address , no manager calls you they apparently ALL in meetings from morning to night , no customer complaints department, they ignore your calls . Choose another service provider , I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Supersonic , hope you all out of jobs soon as only then will you be able to value customers that PAY YOUR SALARY.

Worst service ever, we have been waiting a week for a response on our cancellation email,the only response we get is a computer generated email. We never have connection and when u phone them and ask if there is a connection problem in the area there never is, then what is actually the problem?But they are easy to take their money each month.

Terrible service do not recommend them at all, i have been trying to get my line sorted out for over a month. Managers do not get back to you and my problem is still not fixed but i still have to pay them for this type of service?
