I recently had an issue with a bikini I purchased. I love the bikini however the stitching around the bottoms had come undone exposing the elastic, despite all of the care instructions having been followed. I messaged Hunza G’s customer care team who were extremely quick to respond and helpful (Ruby) and they are sending me a replacement item. I was really satisfied with the responsiveness and solution thank you.

After purchasing the Juno bikini I noticed some gaping in the bottoms after following the care instructions. After contacting the customer help team they were so helpful and provided a replacement straight away.

Wore my one piece Hunza swimsuit only once, washed it in cold water. Next day the elastics had broken in 2 places rendering the swimsuit unwearable! Bought from Flannels.com who won’t refund me as they say it’s a swimsuit. 170£ swimsuit gone to garbage after 1 wear.

I have bought Hunza swimsuits every year I love them so much and have never had any problems with them and this summer I had an issue with one of them and immediately I was looked after by Ruby at customer service who fixed the issue straight away for me. I then went and purchased 2 more from them because I was looked after so well. I can recommend this company and Ruby in customer service highly. Thanks so much

"One size doesn't fit all"

Although they claim swimsuit fits all sizes - I am a standard high street UK 10 and the swimsuit straps were far too wide & falling off my shoulders. Really disappointed as the one size fits all seemed a great idea. However, having come on to read reviews and realised all the quality issues rather than sizing issues, I really wish I'd read them beforehand. I'll wait and see how long it takes to get my refund. Won't be trying this brand again.

Don’t buy a Hunza G swimsuit!!
I’ve had mine less than 6 months and I’m gutted to find the material has completely lost elasticity and gone see through on a large patch on the front making it now unwearable. I had read reviews before purchasing and was aware that there was product quality issues. I presumed it was from people not looking after them or following the care instructions, however I followed every recommendation and was over cautious and the swimsuit has still disingegrated. I’m gutted as it was a lot of money to spend on a swimming costume but I thought it was an investment and would last a long time (not 6 months!)
I reached out to Hunza G who said I had to take it up with Net a Porter who I purchased through. They have refused to help stating I haven’t followed the care instructions (even know i have!)
Don’t make the same mistake I did 🙏🏼

Well the rule says if you remember wearing it the first time round don't wear it the second but when have I ever obeyed the rules!!!!

Ok so bought a Hunza G emerald green bandeau bikini and was delighted to buy the neon lime green swimsuit from Selfridges! I had that exact same swimsuit in 1989 age 23. I am now a 58 year old size 8 grandmother with an F cup who has had 3 kids yet they still gave me great shape and support and lokk fab as do the red cold shoulder and black strappy dress I bought directly from Hunza G online.

I have worn the swimwear in the sea a few times and washed it straight after on a gentle quick 30 degree cycle with gentle detergent and a tiny bit of fabric conditioner and they have gone back good as new after so far.

My green swimsuit from 1989 used to go slightly see through when wet. My 2024 version does not so that is an improvement.

I have not worn the swimwear in chlorine so can't comment on that.

I wore Hunza back in the 80s/ 90s right through my first 2 pregnancies. Was gutted when it dusappeared and so glad it is back!

Did the elastic go in the end in the 1980s Hunza? Of course it did but taken care of, I got a few years good wear out of it forst and hope I get the same from Hunza G of 2024.

I wore my green swimsuit age 23 in 1989 and I am wearing the 2024 version now age 58!!
How cool is that?!
