Cannot get anyone to reply to me mails at all .
I have returned 3 items inky refunded for 2 but still no replies .
I too have had quality issues - as in the elasticity and fading - you have to be so careful with washing etc and do agree at this price they should be better quality .
Also some are machine washable and some aren’t and I don’t understand why .

Sadly, this is the worst quality I have ever experienced! The color faded on the first day, even though I washed it thoroughly. Additionally, the crinkly part is now ripping apart. This is not acceptable for a product that costs 200€.

"Worst quality bathing suits DO NOT BUY"

I have 3 purchased three of these for myself, and 2 for my mom as gifts, and 3 others as gifts for friends too. 3 out of 5 of these bathings suits have lost the elasticity in some areas, so they are see through and look odd and can't be worn anymore. For bathing suits at this price point, you would expect better quality. I purchased 4 in 2022, and one in 2021, and the oldest one has held up the best. On the newer ones, the stitching is so terrible, it looks like someone just cut off the excess. I purchased some from SSENSE and they say it's outside of the warranty so nothing can be done. Ridiculous based on how they pride themselves on quality and this has happened to so many of them despite following the care instructions exactly. Customer service at Hunza G has not be much better...

I’ve had some problems with hunza g costumes but always been so happy with the customer service so always gone back. They reply in good timing , want to listen and sort any problems. That says a lot about the company and its morals. Thank you! ☺️
