As per your instructions I have emailed you FAO Lily - ticket reference 35615.
DO NOT ORDER from here unless you're confident you want to 100% keep the item. I'm still waiting on my refund of over £150, I've had an email to say they've received my return & it will take 5-7 days to process. I'm now on day 10 with nothing. I've tried to ring the customer care number - no one ever answers! So emailed them & was told it could take up to 21 days!! That's not good enough. Just left a voice mail but not hopeful that anyone will get back to me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

"Excellent Customer Service …"
I have recently bought two swimsuits from Hunza G (one was actually a gift from my husband) and am very much looking forward to wearing them on holiday. I had an issue with rather belatedly wanting to exchange the first one for a different colour and was very impressed with the service and speed of communication provided by Lily and Ruby. They could not have been more accommodating and I really appreciated their help.

"Quality Issue"
Similarly to several other reviews, the material has become loose despite following all of the care instructions. I bought another 2 bikinis last year and regret that purchase after seeing what’s happened to the swimsuit. For the money you pay, you’d expect more longevity and quality with a purchase. I won’t be buying again from Hunza G.

Disappointed.
I bought a lilac hunza costume for my honeymoon, Dec 2022 and loved it. I live in the UK, so the costume was only intended for holidays once a year. Since I’ve bought it, I have worn it less than 10 times.
I have only worn it in the sea, and wash all my swimsuits out after.
I went to put it on this holiday and noticed the crinkles in large parts were stretched out and the material felt very thin. It was very noticeable, and as I wore throughout the day, the section got bigger.
I have spoken to customer service to see if this is common, they advise not. But looking at reviews it sadly looks like it is. I was sent a 15% discount code and care instructions for next time I purchase, with a list of places you can’t really use your costume.
So if you are an influencer who gets given the costume for free to sit and pose in it, then yes it’s perfect. But for the value vs practical use ( swimming in the sea ), then I would avoid.

Amazing customer service.
I’ve got around 5 Hunza G swim suits and just love the brand. The colours are striking, the fit is beautiful and I now know that the customer service is brilliant too!! One of my swimsuits had a small fault and I called customer service. I got through to Lily who was so helpful and was asked to send photos of the fault. Labeekah picked up the email and delt with the rest. I’m waiting for a replacement. The girls were so polite and professional, I’m so impressed by the service! Hunza G is well worth the investment 😊
