Returned my item after having tried them once and they now say it is damaged. If trying them on once damages them, that speaks to the awful quality of the product and customer service. Also - I had to email them several times before getting any news. Run away

"Simply the most poorly made swimwear I have ever bought."
Their bikinis and swimsuits are so badly made it's unbelievable. 4 of my friends also have the same experience. They arrive already fraying all around the edges. And then continue to do so, falling apart after about 8 wears (that's if you can tolerate all the bits of fabric sticking to your body and shedding all the time). Simply amazing that they are still in business. I wouldn't mind if they cost £9.99p, I could throw them away after a couple of weeks. But they are very expensive. Don't waste your money please. They look so good on, great and flattering. But they are absolutely hands down the worst made bikinis and swimsuits I have ever bought in my life.

"Don’t believe the hype."
Can not understand how this brand has such high regard. I recently ordered a bikini though Farfetch (yes I’m naming the retailer because their handling of the situation has also been shocking), after just one wear the seams have began to unravel and fray all around the waist and on the top. I emailed photos and requested a refund as it is clearly not fit for purpose since I didn’t even last one use. First I was asked to send additional photos along with photos of the original packaging, I did still have the packaging but there is no reason I should have to show this for a faulty item. Then I was quizzed of use and care. Finally I was ordered a 10% refund, for an item that it literally falls apart after 1 wear. Save your money and do not believe the hype.

Great customer experience but the quality of the product is not up to standard. I’ve had my Hunza G swimming costume a year and followed the care instructions, however from 6 months it went saggy on the front and see through. Now I’m going to have to bin it. Such a shame as the designs are lovely.

Please do not buy theses items, or listen to the blogger/celebrities who get paid to advertise them. While I have had an item before from them I did not have it directly from them. The customer service/Head of the organsiation is absolutely shambolic!!! Plese check your garments immediately when you receive them because they will send you faulty items and them blame you, as they have done in my case, this is obviously their tactics for returns and faulty items!! Absolutely atrocious service and if you READ THE REVIEWS WHICH ARE MAINLY BAD YOU WOULD NEVER BUY THEM ANYWAY!!! SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY AND BUY FROM MORE REPUTABLE COMPANIES AS THERE ARE MANY OUT THERE AND THIS IS DEFINATELY NOT ONE OF THEM!!!!
It has only taken you over 5 months for this reply!! As I said it was returned to you as you sent it to me. Expensive mistake on my part but, one that I certainly wont make again and neither will many more customers as you will see from all the dreadful reviews!! Pity the CEO didn't start reading them and taking note!

I visited the Hunza H pop up store in Covent Garden on Saturday and had such a great experience. All colours and styles were in stock. I tried on so many and found what suited me. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful…. Even suggesting what suited me best. So rare to get such good customer service! I will be shopping here again for sure. Rachel x

"I bought 3 swimsuits in 2 years. Bad Quality"
I bought 3 swimsuits over the past 2 years. One over stretched whilst readjusting whilst wearing. This then became see through around the bust and unwearable. The second one to be ruined I put on this morning and was looking fab, I walked to the shops came back to sunbathe and the top again had what I would say overstretched again and gone completely see through and unwearable. I am a size 10, seems ridiculous to call it one size and then overstretch whilst arranging it to look right. Should have learnt my lesson first time.

"I wish I’ve read the reviews before…"
I wish I’ve read the reviews before buying from them. I really loved the designs and have seen them going around Instagram so I’ve treated myself for my bday and got one directly from their website. Since it’s an expensive piece I’ve been very careful with it (no spas, hand wash, lay flat dry etc) and have used it only a handful of times. However the stitching on the bottom has come off as well as the fabric on the top has torn right in the middle (I am a size 8). I’ve emailed them about the issue but they said they can’t help. Won’t be buying from them anymore

"Very poor quality"
Very poor quality! I bought a Hunza G bikini from a website (i think farfetch or revolve) to treat myself after loosing my pregnancy weight. I was shocked at the stitching quality but it was too much hassle to return. It lasted maybe 3 washed (hand wash cycle) and then the rubber from my bikini pants was set tree. I couldn't get a refund from them since I didn't buy directly from Hunza G. I? Ant to buy less fast fashion and invest in few food quality pieces but in this case high price is not equal to quality. I definitely don't recommend their products, looks very poor craftsmanship!
