nemmeno la mia recensione negativa del 3 febbraio, (e la promessa di un ennesimo contatto per risolvere il problema) e' servita a nulla. Nessuno dei miei due ordini e' stato consegnato. Il servizio contattato continua a promettere risposte e soluzioni, ma nulla avviene. Nel frattempo ho sospeso il pagamento, nella speranza che qualcosa succeda. ma nente. Vergogna!

"Shipping…"
I was a like upset that my order showed shipping to be $14.99, which was already pretty high in my opinion, so I went ahead and bought a Groupon for my order but as soon as I entered my Groupon redemption code in at checkout the shipping immediately jumped to $34.99! Which is outrageous to me and I don’t think that was very fair. I definitely would not have bought the Groupon and ordered from this site had I known shipping would be so much.

I ordered a 20 page photo book. There were several white pages with no pictures in it. I purchased for my sister and was very disappointed that several pictures were missing from the book

I didn’t know what to expect, but I can say my expectations were exceeded !!! Very pleased. The pictures were very clear and the blanket itself is very good quality. I will be ordering another one real soon!

"Poor Quality of the metal prints and lack of support"
Quality of the metal prints was poor and when I opened a support ticket in early January, I still haven’t heard back from anyone, except for the auto-reply that they had opened a support ticket. Today is Feb 13, 2025 and I still haven’t received a reply back
I also decided to take a look on Facebook to see if PrinterPix support was represented. What I did find were entire groups focused on the poor customer experience and lack of support for PrinterPix.
Update as of 02/15/25: I received a reply from customer service: “ Regarding your recent order, we've reviewed the situation and can confirm that the product you received is indeed the same design you ordered. Since this is a personalized item featuring your pictures, a refund is not possible, as the product has been custom-made to your specifications.”
——> Following this logic since they are in the business of printing photos on all sorts of materials, then everything they do is “personalized” which makes their advertised guarantee not much of a guarantee.

"Es una vergüenza"
Es una vergüenza. Llevo desde el 29 de enero esperando y no me dan solución. No sé dónde está mi paquete y no va a llegar para regalo. Lamentable no lo recomiendo
