I sent 6 emails stating never received order also when you clicked on tracking it say errors
Bottom line Im not happy with customer service ( they simply said was delivered) and I have a strong social media presence related to reviews ..these were to be Christmas gifts ( customer calendars ) and I went with you guys vs Walmart also order way in advance to have by Christmas. I also live in a very secured area for friendly delivery and was home during the holidays. Again not happy with the lack of response

I ordered a picture calender for a Christmas gift on December 2nd just received December 31st. The calender is 6 pages 2 sides per page some pictures the heads were cut off very disappointing I will be staying with shutterfly.

We made edits after we added the photo book to the cart. They sent daily emails reminding us to finish the project. We clicked on the file in the cart and made changes and additions over a few days, previewing it before ordering. We checked out and received photo books that were from the original pre-edited version. It’s obviously a computer glitch on their end where it kept the older file and didn’t update it with our changes. We certainly didn’t order a book of half blank pages and photos not laid out in position. They must not have a human even glance at projects before printing. We have messaged and called customer service to ask for a reprint or refund. They will not respond to messages. When I call they say’s our fault because it’s what we submitted and won’t give a refund even though the website says they will refund if not satisfied. Then they say to hold for a manager, but the call then disconnects.

EDIT: It’s been 24 hours with no response. Our order has been mysteriously removed from our account.

I ordered a photo book the order stated it would arrive 4 days before Christmas. It actually arrived 2 days after Christmas. I even made sure to choose the shipping that would get it here on time. A few pictures in the book are blurry which ticks me off as I would have put different ones in if I
would have known they would be blurry, they looked good when reviewing them. And there are alot of empty pages at the front and back of the book. Makes it appear unfinished like you chose the wrong book when putting it together. All the pages were full on what I could see when making it. As this is a gift I don't like that it appears unfinished. Maybe make sure customers are aware you put excess blank pages in for no reason

Update 1/11/25: if I could give negative stars I would. I was told in 1/9/25 your order from 12/23 shipped. I didn’t order on 12/23. They sent a message saying the replacement was ordered. They did that. Not me. Asked for a refund on n 12/31. No response. I formally asked for a refund again on 1/9 and they said it shipped in the 3rd. It did not. I received notification AFTER my refund request on that same day from FedEx saying it arrived at FedEx and would be coming. I sent them the email chain from early December through Dec 31 and said it was a lie to tell me it shipped on the 3rd and I still want a refund. It was a Christmas ornament. It’s almost 3 weeks past Christmas. It’s 1 day away from being 2 months since I placed the order. I will never use your company again. And I had used you a few years ago thinking this would be fine. It was not. And your AI generated messages are simply patronizing and insincere. I know it’s AI. I work in the industry.
I ordered 2 items an Nov 13. Was told 7-10 days. I expected it to be complete by December. It took for me to call and check on the order 3 weeks later. They said it shipped but it didn’t ship until a day later. I only recieved 1 of the 2 items. I emailed with a concern about the second item. I was assured it was on the way. When I got it, it was not even my picture. I emailed again. They assured me they would fix it. I still do not have my 2nd item. I’ve responded to the emails I’ve received but still no item. Gave me a new order number for the replacement over a week ago, but it doesn’t show in my account. I’m requesting a refund and probably won’t order from you again.

Ordine numero 13768193 fatto il 10/12/2024. La consegna era prevista prima di Natale, ma non è ancora arrivato nulla. Addirittura stando al sito deve ancora essere spedito. Ho provato a chiamare ma nessuna risposta dopo più di mezz’ora di attesa.
Oltre a una brutta figura con un’amica, pure soldi persi. Se in qualche giorno continuerà a non arrivare nulla procederò a denunciare per truffa.

Paid for guaranteed Christmas delivery, that ‘guaranteed’ was worth squat, couple of days later got an email saying they would not deliver in time, no refund for the extra charge for quick delivery, rubbish.

"Christmas Calendars not delivered"
I’d left my Christmas calendar creations this year a little late and looked for a retailer that could deliver. Printerpix stated that they could so I went with them. I received an email on Christmas Eve to say the calendars would not be delivered, I responded to change the delivery address which the company responded positively to. However I have heard nothing since and am unlikely to receive the calendars this year.
I appreciate that around Christmas it is an extremely busy time of year but retailers shouldn’t over promise and under deliver to obtain sales. I will never deal with this company again.
Update: received my calendars on the 2nd January and was given a voucher for my experience, which I will never use. I requested a refund of my P&P delivery costs as it was clearly not rushed they acknowledged my email saying they aim to respond within 24-48 hours, 7 days later still nothing. A company full of empty words and promises.

I ordered back on 12/09 and it was sent out for delivery on 12/12 and still no product in hand. Never received my product. Had an email that it was to be delivered on 12/16 but nothing!!!
