I still haven't received my order! Ordered it December 12th. I reached out to the company and they said it would be expedited and I still can't track it.

"Terrible Customer Service "
The quality of the products are OK but the customer service is appalling. Made an order for Christmas well before the cut off date, they never sent it and had to source some other presents. And I am still trying to make them send it to me or issue a refund and talking to the customer service representatives is like talking to a brick wall. They take a few days to reply to say nothing useful. Won't be using them again, there are more options around.

"I was worried after reading the reviews…"
I was worried after reading the reviews but I needent have been. I placed an order on the 20/12/24. Yes I had to pay quite abit extra for rushed delivery to ensure it got to where it needed to be but it got there and it's excellent quality. The photo slate is excellent quality and the print is clear and crisp. It arrived in 1 piece and on time! Thanks printerpix

"Late delivery "
Since it seems there's no response in the UK page, which I now know they display incorrect scores on their website. As many have posted here, orderer before the cutoff, paid extra for quicker turnout, and still no item. Now this time of the year, it's understandable, things can get crazy, now what bothers me is the amount of people complaining, one that is more cynical could even thing if that's a tactic of "bank now, knowing we will never meet these deadlines and ask for forgiveness later" I really hope this is not case, but being a genuine issue with the delivery process or even the manufacturing process I would have hoped the company to start reaching out, even if it's through it's official social media channels to let people know instead it's being quiet and waiting so complaints about it...

"False advertising and inaccurate delivery times"
I placed a $2000 order prior on Dec 18th, 2024 and paid the extra $5 to "push the order to the front of the line". At checkout it said i qualified for a FREE upgrade to EXPEDITED SHIPPING. HOWEVER, WHEN I WROTE THE HELP DESK TO ENSURE I RECEIVED THE EXPEDITED SHIPPING. they responded with "No. This is a busy time and we are working quickly on each order but will NOT be expediting your order. WHY did I pay an extra $5 & WHY WAS I TOLD I GOT FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING IF THAT WAS NOT THE CASE??? FALSE ADVERTISIZING AND INACCURATE DELIVERY TIMES. I knew the order would not arrive by Christmas, but was originally given a delivery of before new years eve, to hand out for the new year. Now it's not till Jan 6th,2025. This is ridiculous. You'd think with a $2000 order the company would want to keep me as a repeat customer, but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. Happiness and satisfaction NOT GUARANTEED

"No present to give on Christmas day…"
No present to give on Christmas day after spending over £50 on a photo book that I ordered on the 16th Dec and was guaranteed to get here in time for Christmas.
Received a UPS update on 23rd to say it was being shipped from Poland!
Hopeful it may get here on next day delivery - of course not.
Really unhappy and very embarrassing for me as wasn't able to give a present to my mother in law on Xmas day.
Delivery update is now saying 31 December!
Your delivery is letting you down. Be transparent and don't promise things you can't fulfil. I would like a refund as I am unable to gift this as my mother in law lives abroad and will have gone home by the 31st December.

The calendar turned out amazing! My boyfriend and love it and love that the dates were personalized with pictures. The pages are very good quality, nice and thick. Love love love it and will definitely purchase more in the future.

"The calendar was nice but so very small…"
The calendar was nice but so very small and massively over priced. My fault, as I got cm and inches muddled, but I thought for the money that it would be bigger. BUT, it was so tiny yet it still cost me over £16. I felt ripped off and it’s pretty useless to write on as there’s hardly any room. When I looked at the bigger calendars after I had received my mini version they were asking nearly £40!! Now that IS a rip off. I Won’t use them again.

My canvas came in and all the pictures at the bottom were cut off.
