"Rude, arrogant and very unprofessional"

After trying my luck on shaadi.com and not having any success, I decided to create an account in MatrimonialsIndia, hoping I will have some luck finding the right partner here. Rinky from MatrimonialsIndia ring me yesterday stating how her site is different from jeevansathi.com or shaadi.com. She made big promises about how she can help me find the right partner in MatrimonialsIndia. (all lies)

Firstly, she called me after 8:30 pm which is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. She should have the common sense of not disturbing people so late at night. Even if she has called me late at night, the least she could have done is ask me if that is the right time to chat. But no, no courtesy to ask me that before promoting her MatrimonialsIndia crap.

On top of that, she constantly kept cutting me off and stop letting me finish my sentences. The last straw was when I said to her that it's really too late and I need to sleep now. She tried to shame me by saying "Is sleeping more important to you than finding your partner?" When I said sleep, she sarcastically commented that "wow, sleep is more important for you than your partner". Well, yeah if you ask me at 9:30 pm whether sleep is important or finding your partner, I will obviously pick sleep because it's my time for bed.

Anyways, I am glad she showed me her true colors before I decided to upgrade to a paid membership. I would highly recommend anyone to stay away from this site and not waste their time and money on these rude, arrogant people. I would have given them 0 stars but unfortunately, I don't have that option so I am giving them 1 star.

Totsl Fraud Period. Don't get into this portal ever they don't have any profiles they have girls who would talk to you like they are from different countries but I know they are all made of profiles with phone numbers when you call the numbers Noone picks up.

Okay so you tried all the Shaadi, Jeevansathi and what have you and found that most of the matches didn’t suit you.

So you look for some new kid on the block kind of site, and stumble upon the india Matrimonials site. That’s when you get into the trap.

A group of hard selling ladies start calling you, first they ask you to register for free and then give you some profiles without giving the contact details, which of course you can’t verify. They pester you to pay a certain amount which doesn’t hurt and you end up becoming their paid member.

Round two begins, yet another person calls you promises to provide you with genuine assistance and further gives you a couple of profiles, no details to verify mind you.

This time the bait is bigger, and it has a discount which is auto applied and you say “hmmm, let’s pay”.

That’s it, they get 350 dollars US and you get zilch. Then they push profiles, from other established sites that you might have already seen and discussed and decided to go by.

And days go by and you keep twiddling your thumb knowing you have been licked off by $350 US.

That’s the modus operandi and there you are, with expensive dollars getting into others coffers.

I would love to give the a zero but understandably you can’t submit a return with that feed.

So those who have a few dollars more to flush, you may like to pay them and experience this first hand.

They have no refund policy, which means no options to get your money back once paid, even if someone has accidentally paid and decides to cancel their service on the same day. They use the Paypal option on their website. Please report to Paypal if you have had a similar experience before so Paypal can ban them from using their payment method. Their bunch of staff are cheats. Please do not use this matrimonial service. Contact me if you want to know how they cheated me of USD 126 + USD 250 = USD 376, both transactions in one day. I am an NRI. They target and trick NRIs more because we can't go to their office and deal with them face to face. All their offices and "call girls" (customer care) are based in India, but they pretend to call from your country of residence. Cheats, fraudster, trickster, scumbags I would use all synonyms of these words to describe them.
