I had a terrible experience with TopCV. I paid for their CV writing service, but the first draft they provided was riddled with grammatical mistakes and completely missed the brief I provided. Despite my dissatisfaction, they have refused to issue a refund. The back-and-forth with their customer service team has been frustrating and unproductive. I do not recommend their services at all.

To get your CV, you need to send your CV, complete a survey detailing all of your achievements (probably already on your CV), answer a load of questions that take longer to answer than writing a CV would, provide 3 job descriptions for roles that are aligned to your requirements, then "collaborate" with the "person" who wrote your CV (or copied and pasted everything you sent in a way that is almost laughable). £100 and they want you to tell them what to change.

Honestly, it's so time consuming! Run your CV through ChatGPT, it's free and quick.

I've asked for their complaints/refund procedure 3 times now. If I could put zero stars, I would.

Don't waste your money, it's just really, really bad AI.

The resume was made professionally but once the resume is delivered, you guys do not keep to your words. I bought the package where it stated that I would get more interviews and the package stated that it is a guaranteed thing but when after a month - I wrote back to topcv that I have had absolutely no luck and have only been getting rejection email - I did not receive any response. I did send a follow up email but that also got ignored.
