Received a CV that appeared to be written by AI - so I may as well have asked Chat GPT to write my CV for free. The formatting of the document received is very fiddly, so if you try to edit or update your new CV expect a headache. Four months on, the new CV has not resulted in a single interview.

This company is a complete scam they are grifting the general public. My CV was written in American English, what looked like AI garbage produced in 5 mins with a template that was not fit for the UK market. Not to mention it had a picture box which the UK does not have.

I actually do not know how they continue to get away with ripping people off, but please please steer clear from this company. You are wasting time and money, and they will not offer even a partial-refundat any point.

I will do my best now to take it to them legally, merely out of principle to stop them ripping other people off.

I signed up for my CV and LinkedIn profiles to be improved. Before the day was out a writer had been assigned to my work and the first draft was available early the next morning. It was a huge improvement on what I had sent them and needed just a couple of clarifications. I had a second draft back from them by lunchtime! The suggestions for updating my LinkedIn profile were thorough and once made I had more confidence to apply for a few more jobs. Within a day I started getting called for interviews! TopCV seems to me to be money well spent.
