"Avoid This Site: Poor Service and Selective Responses"

I initially tried to place an order through the TopCV website, but I was redirected to TopResume during payment. At the time, I didn’t realize I was on the TopResume site.

Curious about the difference between TopCV and TopResume, I contacted their online chat channel to ask, but the wait time for a response kept increasing endlessly. When I woke up the next morning, the chat had been closed with just a generic suggestion to email their support team.

Despite sending multiple follow-up messages through both chat and email, I received no response. Suddenly, I noticed that my assigned writer had been changed without explanation. When I inquired about the reason for this change, there was, again, no reply.

Frustrated by the lack of communication, I used a new email address to send them a purchase-related inquiry. Surprisingly, I received a response the very next morning, which made it clear to me that they selectively respond to emails based on their convenience.

I filed a complaint with the FTC and strongly demanded a refund. After some time, they acknowledged my refund request and mentioned it would take 1–2 days to process. Later that same afternoon, at 4:08 PM, I received an email stating they wanted to have a “productive conversation.”

Although I had never actually spoken with them before, I decided to hear them out and replied promptly at 4:11 PM, asking what they wanted to discuss. I responded quickly because they had requested a prompt reply or phone call. However, I never received any further response or communication from them.

They will endlessly test your patience. While they expect real-time responses from you, they only reply selectively to questions that benefit them.

I doubt they’ll even respond to this review, but I sincerely hope their rating drops to the 3-star range.
