The call handler was the rudest condescending person I have had the misfortune to deal with who persisted in telling me everything that was wrong with me. All I was doing was trying to advise given I work nights when I could answer the phone to make the engagement more efficient.

The engineers and solution were great. So friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Great job. Only feedback would be the booking solution (any time 8-6and then not getting to us until the next day) is not great.

I felt it was money well spent to have someone professional do the job, I also paid a bit extra and took out there 12 month Insurance to cover the job done. I would certainly recommend

Very happy with the resetting of my Sky Q Miniboxes which I couldn’t reactive after a Broadband password change. All my TV screens with Miniboxs just froze and Kev just seemed to press a few buttons and they sprang back to life. So frustrating for the uninitiated! These guys work l-o-o-ng hours he came after 6.30pm.
