abgebucht, jedoch habe ich dort nie etwas bestellt geschweige denn von der Firma gehört. Ich erwarte eine sofortige Rückzahlung!

Just received an email confirming that this company has taken £66.66 from my account without any prior warning.
This has come as a complete surprise. I haven’t used your software for months, have no need of it and had no intention of renewing my subscription.
Please could you cancel my subscription and refund the £66.66 that you have just debited from my account.

I find it really unprofessional that an organisation should take a recurring subscription without any prior notice. How hard would it be for you to send out a courtesy email 5-10 working days prior?

J'ai eu un achat avec ma carte bancaire le 07/11/24 ACHAT CB UPCLICK MALTA, d'un montant de 59,95 €, j'ai vérifié tout mes achats par carte bancaire, et je n'ai fait aucun achat de cet ordre, j'ai fait opposition de ma carte bancaire tout de suite. Déjà, que cela provienne de malte m'a semblé tout de suite suspect. Je vous demande le remboursement de 59,95€

Verkauft Abo's und reagiert dann nicht auf die Kündigung sondern belastet weiter ganz dreist die Kreditkarte. Und immer lügen sie hier noch herum wie sie sich für das Wohl der Kunden einsetzen wollen. Die Saubande gehört hinter Gitter.

Bei mir werden Beiträge einmal 129,95 Euro und einmal 85,95 Euro für SodaPDF abgebucht über PayPal wobei ich dieses ABO schon im letzten Jahr gekündigt hatte. Ich bin aus alle Wolkengefallen als am 18 und 20.10. diese Abbuchungen erfolgten. Ich habe mich über Paypal Beschwert und hoffe das diese Beträge umgehend wieder Erstattet werden. Da ich inzwischen Rentner bis und auf jeden Cent angewiesen bin. Es ist eine Bodenlose Frechheit Geld für etwas abzubuchen was man defenitiv nicht mehr hat.

I bought a 6 month subscription from One Safe PC Cleaner from UPCLICK yesterday and was unable to install it on my mom's laptop. I contacted them and asked for a refund which they claimed they have processed back to my card. I will check to see if that goes through and come back and give them a really good rating with 5 stars. So update today 10/15/24 I look on my card and NO Refund. It was pending yesterday and they took it instead of refunded it...so when I receive my refund I will boost this to a 5 star rating with a good review. Update as of 10/18/2024 I called my card company and they started a dispute the next day I looked and saw that I was refunded my money back. Thank you. The customer service is very nice and helpful as I could not install their program only due to the fact that my mom's laptop was very old. They were understanding and issued me my refund.

Durch 7270356 CANADA INC wurden uns ohne weitere Information über Paypal 2x dieses Jahr Geld eingezogen. Eine dazu angegebe jeweilige Rechnung haben wir - auch nach Anforderung- bisher nicht erhalten und hatten auch nichts beauftragt oder gekauft..

Es war ein Abo eingerichtet von dem wir nichts wissen?
Ich habe mehrfach versucht über die angegebene Mailadresse jemand zur Klärung zu erreichen aber leider keine Reaktion ! ?
Wir wollen Aufklärung und vor allem das Geld = insg. 96,51€ zurück. Wir haben nichts bestellt und wissentlich auch kein Abo abgeschlossen!
