Not good place for work for career because CEO mentality is spoiling career for employees who works with him. Management people are not good. They don't have any business insights and gole what business should do or not. They are coping all other companies business ideas and model even though UI design as well. They're not able to pay employee salary.

Milmila CEO will always jump in the personal life of the employees and taking there personal life. Every time he is giving useless lecture and his family and wife example. He have some puppy in his team who is doing bucketting to him.

No work life. No company features. No respect.
In the times of interview they will tell very big story about the company and company future but that all are fake.

This is the company they know very well how to cheat employees and how to fire sincere workers form the organization, Alok Ranjan who the Business Head he don't know how to talk with female employee alok ranjan torchuring female employees.. also talking badly... even CEO also same, I worked in the organization sincerely and achieved all my targets got promotion as Asst Manager but after few months without reason they fired and not paid my salary, Whoever works under Alok he trained whatever mails sending to CEO it should be Marked Him as BCC for clients also he was sharing all company details, He torchered my team members and was taking big clients by threatening to executives and if its big deal he will cracks and take credit from CEO, I got call From Hr Executive Naveen to collect cheque which is my salary when i visited office he played big drama i have to give the reason why the company fired me is this correct what you people behaving with female. Whoever Female employees working in the organization please be careful with Alok Ranjan He is very dangerous and Criminal.

Suggest not to work. Because no career growth No self respect. In short your career will spoil, management just know how to use the employees. Once the work will done they will kick you out.

No any facility, no PF, no payslip, no policy, no insurance.
I left this company 8 month ago but still I didn't get FNF. If you will raise your voice they will threat like we will put case against you, will spoil your entire career.
