DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I paid them over $6500 from March 2018 to December 2018. ALL they did was cause me to get a judgment against me by one of my creditors because THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND to any contact that creditor made with them as my representatives. Then when I got the summons from the creditor, and was told to respond within 20 days, Rockwell assured me they would handle it within the deadline. THEY DID NOT DO THIS, so a judgment was issued against me. I have since fired them and requested that my funds be reimbursed to me. I received $507 of the OVER $6500 that I paid to them. When I called to find out when I would receive the rest, I was told that was all I would receive back - that the rest was for their FEES. Believe me. this is not a company you want to be dealing with. DO NOT TRUST THEM! They have only done harm to me - and now I have a judgement against me. I don't know how they live with themselves.


I have been contacted by Rockwell and they have now satisfied my complaint.

I started with Rockwell 9 months ago. I have a lot of accounts to settle but was assured that everything would be handled at a cost of $ 900 a month. Since the be beginning of this process the communication with Rockwell has been awful !!!!! I was told that rarely do any accounts get to the point of a summons from the creditor although three months ago was served at my door with my first lawsuit !!! Upon speaking with Rockwell I was told that there is not enough money to pay this creditor and that I had to pay the extra hundred dollars a month to cover this cost !!! (If I had an extra hundred dollars a month I wouldn’t be in this situation to begin with!!) but agreed assuming this would be the only time it would get to this point . They had all the numbers in the beginning of the process , did the math and told me the 900 a month would cover all after 4 years. I really hate being served at my front door again, From another creditor that is suing us for non payment!!! How do they let it get to this point??? I was assured they would handle everything!!!! When I call I’m on hold for 30 minutes !! leave messages , no one calls me back!!!! Although yesterday I was contacted by their lawyer they put onto this to tell me that I have to pay extra $ again to settle this account!!!! She also went on to tell me that Rockwell has only settled on 3 of my 23 accounts that they are currently paying monthly and there is no extra money to pay anyone else til 2020!!!! So I’m assuming now I will be getting served papers at my door again by another 18 companies that will be suing me as well!!! I have not heard from Rockwell in at least three months as far as settling any other accounts !!! Mind u the 3 accounts they are currently paying monthly total about three thousand dollars that they have spread over a 48 month payment plan so if I’m paying them 900 a month how is it there is not enough money to pay anyone else!!!????? Total scam I’m sooooooo dissapoimted!!! I would NOT recommend this to anyone!!!! They are liars , they promised me they would take care of everything and I would have nothing to worry about although it has been nothing but stress for me since this started !!!should’ve just claimed bankruptcy it would’ve been easier !!!! In the event that things get better.( doubtful) I will edit my review . P.S. : current account that I am being sued for is for $1300 !!!! How is it that they have not communicated with this company to settle before it got to this point??!!! It’s a mystery to me because that’s what I hired THEM for!!!

i just finished my first year and there were no problems but in December my payment bounced ( there was money in the account), I contacted them and we scheduled another payment, which bounced ( again there was money but this time no activity in my checking account), now two weeks later I receive a email that my payment bounced. Very odd. I have been calling and seem to be on hold for over a half hour. Feeling a little uneasy, I have given them over 18K and I am unsure that I lost my money. I will try again tomorrow and hopefully either get my money back or stay on track.

They do not do as said, I was told they would take out a negotiated amount from my checking and never did. now I am being told to pay the creditor myself.

If I could give no stars I would. I signed up with this company, and had the worst communication ever. Nothing got settled until I wanted to remove a company from my debts, then miraculously there's an offer. I quit the company and requested a refund. I got back $23 out of the 1200 I paid in. Its a scam, and they will steal from you!!!!!! Avoid at all costs.

"At first I was hesitant .."

At first I was hesitant ..

I've been with Rockwell and Finance Solutions since March/April of 2018. I saw a lot of people that have seemingly just started, but very little who have reviewed about any settlement offers. But I actually just received two settlement offers which I accepted. One was paying only 40% of my balance and the other is 65% of my balance. My circumstances were extenuating and due to a brutal custodial litigation, but the end result was the same. They do tack on their fees, which is acceptable, as they are a business and need to acquire their revenue. I have five more creditors left and they informed me that two of the creditors would be the last to be called as they are considered more aggressive.

I thought the same as most of the people reviewing the company. I was extremely anxious when handling my finances over to a debt negotiation law firm due to all the amount of scams out there. I had an awesome credit score; however, my credit score did plummet by 140 points (as they said it would); however, the last piece of mail I received showed that it increased by 20 points compared to the previous month. Lastly, since all of my monthly payments have been paid online and appropriately, I was offered a loan to help pay my debts off sooner (being a bulk amount of money, companies would be more inclined to settle since funds could be disbursed immediately).

The only piece of advise that I can give, being in a customer service driven industry myself, is that they remain in some sort of communication (whether by phone or e-mail) and keep us updated on efforts that are being made towards the account. More so of the two creditors that are the more aggressive and difficult to deal with.

Overall, frustrations are expected as they do require that money be in your savings account, and that you're trusted to pay on time. Within three to four months, letters were sent out to my creditors (with the exception of the two more difficult ones to avoid possible litigation) and they even gave me a little hint as to how to stop all those annoying collection calls. Let them do their job with negotiations and everything should go as close to according to plan as it can.
