Zie mijn review van 11 december 2024.
In de afgelopen dagen geen geld terug ontvangen. De website blijkt inmiddels sedert 24 juli 2024 niet meer te functioneren voor particulieren.
Vandaag aangifte gedaan bij de politie (oplichting). Als er minimaal 5 aangiftes tegen hetzelfde bedrijf zijn, gaan ze e.e.a. uitzoeken. Ik ben benieuwd wie er eerder daadwerkelijk aangifte heeft gedaan.
Inmiddels ook "aangifte" gedaan bij ACM ConsuWijzer.
Nu maar weer afwachten.

Zal mij benieuwen. Ik hou er maar rekening mee dat het betaalde geld weg is.

(Me) - (26 March 2024) I asked again about the status of the order, and the tracking number.

(TeqFind) - (27 March 2024) Responded that shipping was delayed again and that they expected to ship by April 10th.

(Me) - (15 April 2024) I questioned the status of the order again, and the tracking number and expressed my indignation, not understanding how the item purchased was always in stock and they were not shipping it.

(TeqFind) - (24 April 2024) gave a new date this time May 3

(Me) - (24 April 2024) 65 days after payment and with successive postponements, I granted my order and asked for a refund.

(TeqFind) - (24 April 2024) - They canceled the order and said that the refund would be made within 14 working days. (In my account the order disappeared from the purchases made)

(Me) - (07 May 2024) I questioned the status of the refund.

(TeqFind) - (07 May 2024) Another 14 business days for Refund

(Me) - (07 May 2024) I complained about the long refund period.

(TeqFind) - (08 May 2024) They asked for the bank account number so that there would be no error in the refund.

(Me) - (08 May 2024) I forgot the account number.

(TeqFind) - (08 May 2024) They promised a quick refund.

(Me) - (17 May 2024) As there was no refund, I complained again.

(TeqFind) - (22 May 2024) They responded that the credit was made in the commercial department and was being processed in the administrative department. Refunds would be made within 8 working days.

(Me) - (05 June 2024) 3 and a half months after the order and 42 days after cancellation I still have not received a refund.

I paid €679.56 and I have nothing
This was not what I expected from this company.
And I don't want the same thing to happen to you.

Nr. tracciamento falso non ha mai funzionato.Puoi scrivere soltanto dopo acquisto(hai gia pagato) nella messaggistica.
Non c'e un indirizzo e-mail, numero di telefono, un nome, niente.Domande risposte preimpostate.
Rispondono come robottini.Stesse parole stesse frasi.Non hanno il coraggio di mettere nome chi risponde.
Esseri senza principi morali.Senza rispetto.Guidati soltanto dalla fame di denaro.
Se hai problemi ti passano da uno all'altro.

"Fraude"

No dia 15/04/2024 fiz uma compra na TRADEINN (47783040), um HDD 2TB 2.5 no valor de 66.47 EUR. Passados uns dias, recebi um e-mail a dizer que a encomenda tinha sido cancelada e que iria receber o reembolso no prazo de 3-5 dias. Como não recebi o dinheiro, contactei a TRADEINN, que se limitou a dizer para eu contactar o vendedor TeqFind (sede na Holanda). Já enviei várias mensagens para a TeqFind e não recebi qualquer resposta, nem o dinheiro. Irei apresentar queixa-crime.
