ExpertwhiteGEL.com is a scam site - do not use.. payment is taken by Glopal which is Paris based not US. Expertwhite.com is NOT a scam site and you should use this site... ExpertwhiteGEL.com took my money and I have not heard from them since with any kind of updates with regard to my order, shipping etc. Went on to the site to track my order when you put in the details it says "the CAPTCHA information you have put in is incorrect" basically they block any kind of communication reaching them.. TOTAL SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY

the delivery and customer service has been a NIGHTMARE.
If you are outside of the USA DO NOT ORDER.
I have patiently waited 3 mounts Business Days and keep being told to wait another week.
The USPS tracking service requires a fee if you wish to track your item further and if you try to call the Customer Service line the Mailbox is full.
Avoid this company like the Plague
