The gel burnt my gums I have got the correct shields that were made to fit by my dentist I had no problems with the gel l bought 2years ago from my dentist

One of my orders got lost in the post due to recent events, it was replaced with no hassle. 3 months later it did arrive and when i offered to pay, was told it was okay i didnt have to. First class customer service from a company i have been using for years, the gels are absolutely fantastic too, 5 stars all round.
