On your website you stated the gel would not cause sensitivity. #WRONG. The gel did create sensitivity.

The gel gets stuck in the tube, so you have to push the plunger so hard that it shoots out in excess, wasting so much of the gel. Never had this issue with other gels.

I ordered from this company for the first time and waited and waited and waited. I emailed and they told me it was on its way and is delayed. I waited further and the item never showed up. Ive emailed numerous times and my emails have gone unanswered. Ive also requested a refund which is also unanswered. Very disappointed.
