"Appalling Service"

Avoid this company at all costs!!! Bought double divan bed and headboard - shocking delivery service and both items damaged. Nightmare Customer Service, very bad attitude, eventually got refund after 4 weeks of emails and telephone calls.

Ordered over the phone and they were nice and helpful and agreed to a delivery which was met. The bed itself is fine but as they only have a stock photo (same as every site selling the bed) there are gaps down the side which will get dirt and dust in the storage under the bed. I have taken off 1 star because I was told I would have a confirmation email that never arrived. The second star off was because i never had a reply to my email asking for the confirmation email again! It was delivered on time and good condition etc so no problem there hence the title...!

I have no problems with Home Furnishings UK as a company. I had made the mistake of leaving out a digit on my contact information. I had missed the delivery but they were still able to deliver my bed the same day. Delivery man was very helpful and person over the phone was very accommodating

The Harmony Bed Kensington Wooden Ottoman bed frame is made in Malaysia and the Instructions were terrible. The picture(s) didnt make sense and it became trial and error, screws didnt match up to screw holes and the instructions were less than basic. Paying £320 I expect a product to be made correctly.

I am hesitant to buy any more products from home furnishings based on this bed frame I have purchased. From a customer service stand point I would give them 5 stars, for the product I would give them 1/2 stars.

"Fantastic Item but Unhelpful Delivery Driver"

The bed was delivered and was fantastic however the delivery driver was very unhelpful leaving the bed in the rain for me to bring in by myself. Also the driver was rather rude to my 15 year old daughter who opened the door to him, by looking her up and down in a way that made her feel most uncomfortable.

Ordered a superking divan on the 28th april 2015. Specified delivery to be on the 1st of may 2015 and thats when it was delivered. Driver called to give me a 1hour delivery slot which he arrived in.
Can't fault the purchase. Good bed and good service

Totally positive experience in all ways. From telephone order to delivery on day. Perfect transaction. Very thankful to all involved. In particular the delivery driver who was helpful, courteous, delivered on day requested. HF4U & the delivery company they used for me are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Beautiful mattress. Unbelievable price for the quality - £125 for 1000 pocket sprung double incl delivery. Really chuffed. Thanks! X
