Next day delivery took 4 days.
The wrong item was sent.
No one answering the phone and over a week since my purchase and no one has replied to my email.

I am happy with the product received however it was 5 days late. I paid for next day delivery which clearly didn’t happen. This is the reason for the poor review.

Nothing has arrived... Their tracking link fails, no email response and nobody answering their alleged phone number.

Either ripped off, or they are just useless.

Everything was great - website easy to use, good choice of items and quick delivery. Boots are good quality for a reasonable price. I was kept informed of order status all the way through.

Three weeks after claiming that my purchase had been posted there is still no sign of it. I have emailed 3 times, and phoned at least 12 times No one has answered the phone or replied to my emails.
