Item ordered was not in stock and told would have to wait 2/3 weeks before new stock arrived. In this day and age there's no excuse for not having a live stock update. Won't be buying from them again.

However, I did receive a full refund.

Ordered trousers, didn’t come, got email saying out of stock, didn’t give me a refund, I phoned, emailed, didn’t get back to me, luckily I paid with PayPal, had to get them to resolve the problem, they paid me the same day as reporting to PayPal, I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company, I should have looked at the reviews before placing an order, hope this helps

Shop doesn't communicate with client.
I ordered rucksack cover for my Bergen. After I paid for, email arrived, my goods were shipped. There were no tracking number in the email, so I was not able to check it.

Two weeks after I sent urgency to the shop, where my parcel reside. No answer. I sent another email, and got no response again.

So I opened disputy on paypal and requested refund. A the moment, shop sent tracking number.

Goods arrived 15 working days since order was placed.

Result: Goods arrived late. Shop doesn't communicate with customers and doesn't have any interest to solve issues proactively.

Received boots different from what I ordered. Similar, but not what was advertised. Finally managed to get MO to offer a refund on return but they included a Royal Mail label. You cant ship from US to UK with Royal Mail label. Notified MO and they would not reply with a solution. Escalating to Paypal was useless. I was not willing to pay shipping cost to UK for their mistake. Fortunately the boots are the correct size or I would have really been screwed. Reading these reviews, it looks like i may have been one of the lucky ones.

Bought a pair of gloves that split within a few months i emailled them and the sent me a return envelope i tried calling hem but they do not answer calls and the do not seem to answer any emails avoid this company at all costs they are the worst company i have ever dealt with i do not understand manufacturers deal with them.

Iv had a number of problems with this company, firstly I ordered pcs ripstop trousers, payed for them from ebay shop 4 days it should have taken to received them took over 2 weeks only to receive wrong size, after a week of emails , they sent another pair, only this time unpackaged and the size tag cut out, I ordered 32 to 34 ended up with 38 to 40 and now have stopped responding to me.

Emailed them via ebay and they told me a refund is being issued. Still no refund or item and still not replied to my original email. Avoid!
