Initial task to locate stop cock was completed quickly and the rubble was left in a near pile for colleague to complete the job.

"Very poor customer service"

Very poor customer service. Emailed CEO in respect of a serious complaint. Not once has the CEO replied. Meanwhile despite SES water confirming that the engineer will test the water supply after I moved. An engineer attended. I was not in. Am a physically disabled pensioner on the priority list ,an engineer attended without notice or my knowledge. SES water are interested in making money not customers welfare Worked and lived all over the UK and world. SES water is by the far worse I have ever encountered Would not even give SES water 1 star . It is shockingly poor. What about those customers who unable to speak up?

"Why dos say I don't have a water…"

Why does ses say I don't have a water meter and charge me for not having one. When they take meter readings..and I have been told by engineers from ses that confirm that I have a fresh water merer

"Water leak fault corrected in record time"

On returning from holiday on a Wednesday we noticed that there was a leaking into the water meter box, obviously the result of a problem associated with lead pipe replacement work done by SES a couple of weeks before.
Following an email written on a Thursday morning an inspector turned up within an hour and in the afternoon a pit was dug and the leak repaired. On the Friday morning the hole was filled up and in the afternoon our drive restored.
Even while it seems a bit weird that so many different teams were involved I cannot fault the speed and efficiency in which Charlotte and the various crews deal with the problem. I'm gobsmacked!

Great trip: informative and interesting.
The organisers were not only knowledgeable about the water cleaning process, but also being ex-teachers know how children learn and knew how to engage the children and break down the learning into interesting chunks.

12 ladies from Aperfield Evening W.I visited SES water treatment works at Bough Beech, we were extremely impressed with the set up, talk, by Anna and Lisa and to learn how our water is treated from river to household. I would highly recommend organisations booking this experience.

Moved in March 2024 and account is still not set up. Keep getting palmed off over and over telling me to allow time. I didnt want to be hit with a huge bill but looks as though this is going to be the case.

"EdenARA - Visits Bough Beech Reservoir and Water Treatment Works"

Our trip was on Friday 16th August for members of EdenARA (Edenbridge Active Retirement Association). We had 29 members attend. The visit was first class from start to finish. From making contact, the initial booking, the e-mails confirming the date with Lisa Downes.

We arrived at the appropriate time in our relevant groups to be welcomed by Lisa and her Team. We spent time in our groups in the Blue Room which was amazing and informative not only the the school children who visit but for us adults too.

Each Tutor took a group and we set off in our allocated time slot, up the dam. The response on arriving at the top was "wow what a spectacular view it was worth the climb". It got even better as we experienced the view from the Bridge and Valve Tower.

With much more to come we entered the long tunnel into the cool on a very hot day this was just what we needed and welcoming. We then walked into the treatment works itself, again members could not believe what was involved. My group asked many questions and these were answered promptly and professionally.

Finally, arriving back at the starting point, members were able to enjoy the water refreshment of course!!

We waited then for the rest of the groups to return before I gave a very heartfelt thank you to Lisa and her Team on behalf of us all for their kindness, support and hospitality. I think EdenARA members will remember this visit for sometime.

"Useless..."

Received a letter stating I missed SES Water payments from incompetent Daniel Taylor therefore, they cancelled my current plan. I checked my bank accounts and clearly for the last 4 years standing orders have been successfully completed. Tried calling SES Water, customer service is appalling. I was asked to call back. Not a chance... SES water messed up they can sort it out. Useless!
