I agree with a lot of the other comments. This is a disingenuous company with some sharp practices. The only betting company that I have felt the need to close my account.
Since then I have get bombarded with "promotions" emails despite the fact that I have unsubscribed three times. The first time nearly two months ago

I haven't used this account for over 2 years. I just found out the sports betting wing has closed. None of the contact addresses work and I can't see any way of contacting them now.
its not a great deal of money but it is mine!
Do I have to go to the Gambling Commission to follow this up?

Bet should have been settled 3 days ago, I get an email saying have no idea when it will be settled, hope they get a fine off the UK gaming commission.

I have now recieved the £40.00 which was in my account from Mansionbet.I got a text on my phone last night about 10.00pm saying I had to send more proof off and I thought here we go again.But on checking my bank account as they have said the £40.00 is in my account well it was 5 minutes ago.I am glad everything is ok now,as it has stressed me to the limit,hopefully now I can be normal again.

a joke of a betting site. they don't even do guaranteed odds in the horse racing. but you have to take the price they offer. you can't even do an SP bet. absolute joke. the app is also horrible and ther odds are horrible. stay clear of these cowboys

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Made a single bet with this so called betting site and after a day was sent an email to say they were closing my account as they found it to be suspicious! I thought to myself ‘their loss’ and tried to take back my deposit only to receive a message saying I couldn’t.

Contacted live chat (which kept knocking off..it’s obviously done on the cheap like everything else about them) to be told by the very rude agent they were keeping MY OWN MONEY because they thought I was a fraud! Unbelievable. When I told the agent how annoyed I was that I now have to go through the palaver of sending documents to withdraw my own cash, I was told I was making a big deal out of it - so unprofessional. I can see from other reviews they are doing this all the time and I would expect a large proportion write it off as they can’t be bothered to jump through all the hoops. They are robbing thieves!
