Would never use this betting site. I opened new account with them. Deposited my money. Got email saying I need to send photo I'd in OR a bank statement. I have no photo I'd so I sent bank statement they said it has to be photo I'd but in the email it said bank statement if you got no photo I'd. "Poor withdrawal times & service"

Really poor withdrawal times recently. Previously received them next day but now on the fourth day and still sitting pending on my account. Contacted customer support a couple times now and just receive standard policy answers - not been helpful at all.

the worst site ive ever used and been betting for 20+ years, i cant stress enough to not use this site you will regret it and be left frustrated and angry, pretty much every other site far surpasses there website and service, i wouldnt even give 1/10 had so many issues wouldnt pay out winnings for days and just a joke all round tried to put 150 on a horse running on saturday would only let me do 111 because of maximum payout lol JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are scum of the earth. Happy to take your money but when you win they try and make you jump through all kind of hoops to get your money out. Please don't ever give your money to these clowns.

I signed up to mansion bet for a 25/1 opening offer, which I won. When the winnings were credited to my account they only issued £15 in free bets, so i contacted customer support stating that they had short-changed me £10 and they outright lied and said the odds were 20/1 and only issued an extra £5 as a free bet. So i went to use these free bets but there was no option for using them on the betting slip! I contacted customer support numerous times regarding this until they finally issued free bets that I could use. When I get to place the free bets I discover the stakes aren't returned which was incredibly disappointing, but I still win at short odds and make a profit of about £8 on the £20 worth of free bets. I go to withdraw my winnings then a day or two later get hit with the verification process, stating I have to provide a scanned copy of my passport before I can get the money out of the account. It struck me that they were perfectly okay to take my money and let me bet, but now have a problem when I want to collect my winnings. A couple of days go by and I go to log into my account but they've blocked my account! I can't log in and I've been ringing their customer support line and they keep hanging up on me, and I can't contact live chat since I can't log in. I'm so frustrated at how scummy they are. Stay away from these crooks!

I had a good experience with this company and can definitely say that they are not welshers. I opened an account two weeks ago and deposited twice. First was 300 second 500. I didn't fancy the American racing so played some games. I won 4400 and along with my deposits of 800 withdrew 5250. I read terms and conditions and realised that the money would not be in my account until I had sent what they required. They did ask for me to resend a photo of my debit card, which I did. They almost every day sent me an email telling me of the progress. 6 days after winning I checked my account and saw that my deposit had been confirmed and it was in my bank account 2 days later. Only advice I can give is read the terms and conditions. T he site is good and if you are as lucky as I was, then they will do as they say

Signed up and could not even deposit via debit or credit card. Despite trying 2 debit cards and a credit card Mansion Bet said there was no problem their end and it was an issue with them and to contact each bank. However, how can it be a problem with all three? Did not follow logic so I contacted all 3 and no problems there end. Therefore, complete waste of my time and I ended up having to close the account, as pointless having an account you unable to deposit into so AVOID like THE PLAGUE! Unless you want your time wasted. :(
