It should allow 0 starts for a rating. 3 weeks after I ordered my lights and several emails later. I still have not received my lights, not even received a response to any of the emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID

"Do not buy from this company"

Ordered a light and paid extra for next day delivery. Product never arrived. No replies to email, no-one picks up when I call. Robbed me of my money. Obviously a scam company. Avoid at all costs.

"Absolute shambles"

Absolute shambles. Got order wrong and sent wrong item. Rang to inform them, got told correct item would be despatched. 5 weeks later still haven’t got correct item despite numerous phone calls, emails to clarify the issue. When phoning the warehouse answer who can’t transfer you to the office, which is dial out only. Even paid for an extra carriage charge to get the replacement item next day, at full cost despite already having paid for standard carriage, and it still hasn’t come. Absolute waste of time. Avoid, avoid, avoid, life is just too short and plenty of others can do it better.

"Good price for a 900 mm floating shelf light but quality not great"

I ordered a 900 mm floating shelf light which I have put up and is working but I was not happy that:

- the item arrived with one of the screws connecting the LED driver rattling around inside
- I found the quality of the metal where a small grub screw had been cross threaded poor
- the way the corners have been assembled allows light to escape which spoils the look of the light

I have made the company aware of the above by providing them with a critical review of this item but it has yet to be published on their website

"Poor Customer Service"

I ordered and paid for an 8watt transformer for strip lighting, and received a confirmation e-mail. After 2 weeks of no news of the product I rang them and after several attempts got through, I was told that the item would be with me that day via Royal mail. When I asked for a tracking No' they could not provide one. The product was not delivered, and I have not received any further update as to the progress of the delivery. Item now delivered, however I will not place any more orders with this company.

"No Item Delivered"

Ordered pop up socket 01/08/23. A month later and after many promises of delivery, (with no tracking references) no socket. Promised a full refund so lets wait and see!! What a waste of my time!! Good news I have found the same item £50 cheaper elsewhere!!! Result.

"Wrong Colour"

Ordered a set of cool white LED Plinth Lights, received Warm White - queried this upon delivery and was told the correct ones would be sent out "today" - that was over 2 weeks ago and emails now not being replied to.

"Product substituted without notifying me"

Ordered 3W GX53 bulbs, was sent cheaper 4W ones instead
