"SCAM!!!!!!!!"
SCAM! Take your booking and your money but never book the hotel and never refund you. Every reply to the several messages is that we are priority for a refund but it is all lies. I’ve seen the responses on here that they are looking into it, all lies, SCAM SCAM SCAM, scammed us out of £350!!!
I then fully suspect that once they reply you can’t amend your review making it look like it has been sorted when it in fact hasn’t!
Update: the booking was in my partners name, I provided the booking reference, he has emailed that email address many many times and we get the same standard reply that our refund will be processed as a priority, you have been saying that over a month. You are liars and scammers!

"room reservation was not paid for even if I was charged ahead of time from Rehlat"
So, Rehlat fixed the "paying twice" issue in contacting the hotel, which refunded my payment made at the hotel...
Still, I'm not happy about the booking process where they changed the price after entering my credit card details and pressing OK . I find that highly suspicious.
---
So, I went through the booking process to get a hotel room in Calgary, Canada.
When there was the form for entering my credit card details there was a price of about 73 USD shown to it.
I entered my credit card details and clicked "pay" .
The next page shows: "booking confirmed for 87 USD".
Say what?! . I just confirmed to 73 USD . not to 87 USD.
Anyway, on arrival at the hotel they knew about my details but the room was not paid for.
So, the hotel charged me the regular rate for the night.
I ended up paying twice
once for Rehlat, for no service
and the second time at the hotel for the night.
I'm just wondering what I paid for at Rehlat?!
Unfortunately, after asking those questions to Rehlat they say they forwarded my case to the "concern team" . but I haven't heard back from them yet

"Worst travel platform "
👎🏼I am extremely disappointed with Rehlat’s service. My account was charged for a hotel booking (Ref: REG3248805), but the reservation was never made. I’ve been following up via email and phone for over three months with no resolution or refund. This is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue immediately or I will escalate further.

"This site is complete crap"
This site is highly unreliable. You book a room, apply discount codes or coupons, and the payment is deducted from your card. Within five minutes, you receive an email stating that the price of the room you booked has increased by $100–$200. If you agree to the new price, you will rebook at a higher cost than on platforms like Booking.com. If you decline, the refunded amount will supposedly return to your card within 10–12 banking days. However, this is not guaranteed, as I am currently at the beginning of this refund process.
Avoid these scammers from the Abar countries. Their fraudulent activities tarnish the reputation of the UAE, where such operations take place.
