Hotel gebucht, angegeben war stornierung kostenlos minus eine gebühr um die 3 Euro. Mir kam die Firma dann seltsam vor, hab deshalb storniert. Seltsames System, zwar online machbar, die schreiben einen aber diverse male an, darunter die info extra gebühren. Also gezahlt 119 Euro und abgezogen werden 38 (!) euro gebühren! Absolute Abzocke da so vorher nicht direkt ersichtlich. Solchen Betrügern war ich bisher nicht ins netz gegangen, und nach fast 3 wochen hab ich restliche kohle noch nicht zurück. NICHTS buchen bei diesen unseriösen Gangstern

"I didn't see my refunds after more then one year"
How do Rehlat explain all this to me after more then one year? Starting from 20/09/2023 I sent them several email to know my situation of refund because the calcelled my hotel booking in Dublin. I realized that when I entered the hotel to stay there. Nothing happened after a lot of email where the costumer service told me that the problem of refunds were close to be solved.
After one year, on 20/08/2024, I sent my first review to Trustpilot, Rehlat answer there on 26/08/2024, I sent all the info they needed and nothing happened.I wrote another review on 18/09/2024, on the same day Rehlat sent me a Google Form to have my bank account details, nothing happened. Trustpilot sent me an email on 01/10 because Rehlat asked for more information, nothing happened. I WANT CLEAR STEPS TO BE REFUND

Ich warte schon seit über einem Jahr (Juni 2023) auf eine Rückerstattung. Unzählige hunderte von Emails sind hin und her geschrieben worden und ich kriege mein Geld nicht zurück.

Ho già scritto una recensione negativa su questo sito e su altri in rete, sono mesi che scrivo mail (111 mail) e compilo form online per il rimborso che mi è dovuto. E' passato più di un anno (24 settembre 2023) e continuo a non avere il mio rimborso
