"Very poor customer service!"

Very poor customer service!! I purchased a ticket since 15 of January and has been deducted twice and amount has not been refunded up to now (4th of march) in despite to my repetitive calls and emails.

This is just a scam company stay away as you have to fight hard to get your refund for your hotel booking/ticket purchase.i am trying to get my refund for a hotel booking which was cancelled and was told a refund will be issued within 3 weeks. over two months and no refund has been issued. just a scammer.AVoid at all costs.

Dear Rehlat,
This is very unprofessional and still awaiting for my refund after more than 30 working days.
Rehlat is not keeping up with their promise.
It’s been 33 working days since 11th January 2023 till date 28th February 2023.
Where is my refund?
I will have to go ahead with legal proceedings as Rehlat is not willing to close this out for me.
I do not look forward to hear from you at all. Will see you at court.

"Absolute scam"

Absolute scam. My hotel booking was suddenly cancelled the night before I was due to stay with no explanation. When I contacted them they said they could give me another room for an extra $400 or cancel the booking. I chose to cancel. They said refund would be returned 35-40 business days. I have been chasing for 6 months and still no refund. EVIL SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE.

Update: as recommended on some reviews I contacted them on Facebook. Had my refund within 10 days. Definitely the best way to get your money back.

They charged very high hidden convenience fee after the credit card information was entered. This company is high deceptive and everyone should stay far away from them.

Very unprofessional firm, they don't help, they only want to take your money, I regret booking with them, I strongly advice against booking with them, they booked me invalid ticket (minor booking without valid UM service) and refused to refund it, they have no knowledge of ticketing laws and rules, very cheap company, if you want to waste your money go ahead work with them
