I cannot imagine a travel agent that can be worse than Rehlat.ae!!!!
They will robb you and make your life miserable. They provide a garbage service quality and you will pay the price.

Update: after 4 months suffering, they finally returned my money back.

We booked over Rehlat, they confirmed and a few days before our stay the canceled the booking. Until today we didnt got any money back. Worst service ever!!!

I booked accommodation in Paris through Rehlat (Booking no. RGL937305) on 13 August. I received an email from them on 13 Aug (on my trip day) to say the booking had been canceled due to a technical issue and asking me if I wished for a refund. I said yes and was advised the funds would be returned within 7 days. Despite repeated emails to the Rehlat customer service team over a period of almost four weeks, I have not received any refund. I would like an immediate refund for the full booking amount !!!!!

"Scam! Money collected never booked never refunded!"

Scam! Avoid by all means. Booked and paid in full for my hotel. Few hrs before departure i get an email that my reservation was cancelled. Never got my money back however CC said it has been escalted for super turbo swift refund. Avoid them scammers! And Rehlat if you think i am joking here this is my booking ref. RGL973537 i believe you will never do any business with ppl who don't want to have holidays ruined few hrs before departure!

"Still waiting for refund of ticket since 2.5 months"

I booked return tickets for my family on 26th june from dubai to karachi via fly dubai for flight date 12th july 2022 against booking id no.1952134 but i was not issued ticket. Upon inquiring they told me that because of difference of fare i was not issued ticket. I will only be issued ticket if i pay the fare difference i.e AED 700 on each ticket otherwise they will refund the ticket amount. I requested them to refund my ticket money urgently as i dont have money to book ticket again for my family but date no refund has been made in my bank account despite of sending them several emails and calling them more than 20 times. Now more than 2.5 months passed still the money is not refunded in my bank account even no one replied to my emails.
I am very disappointed with the unprofessional behaviors of this organisation. Despite of rectifying their mistake and refund my amount in my bank account quickly, they kept my money for more than 2.5 months without any reason even no one is replying my emails now. It really made me in trouble and sufferred a lot because of their mistake as i borrowed money from somewhere to buy tickets for my family.

I am still waiting for the refund of my reservation, this company does nothing more than say that the refund is in process over and over again but I have nothing in my account. they are scammers

Hôtel annuler le 05/08 , je l’ai appris le 08 et aujourdui un mois après toujours pas remboursé , un service commercial qui vous dit sans cesse on remonte cela au service concerné , alors que au début il disait vous aurez un remboursement sous 5 a 7 jours

"This company is fraud"

This company is fraud. They collected money for hotel reservation week before arrival to hotel, When arrived at hotel, the receptionist said that the reservation was cancelled by travel agency. Rehlat didn't even inform me! I am trying to get my money back filing a charge back thorough my credit card company.

Nous arrivons le 31.07 pour faire le checkin ID RGL850951 de notre chambre, quand nous découvrons que ca été annulé 10 minuteS plutôt!! urgence de trouver un autre hôtel avec des enfants en bas âge!! perte d'énergie et d'argent! nous somme toujours dans l'attente du remboursement de 1700euro ! que des promesses, des messages automatiques, les mêmes mensonges.
j'entame une procédure avec ma protection juridique cette semaine si je ne reçois rien !!!
