I made a booking with them and they deliberately made the booking as failed and then asking me to pay extra 161 AED by saying fare hike, I have given them all the proofs (i.e screenshots from Airline website, different other online travel agencies and even from their own website) that the fare is still same but they are asking me to pay 161 AED , this is not the first instance where I'm being asked to pay extra, this is 3rd time they are doing such trick, I'm 100% sure that there's no fare hike because I have taken confirmation from the airline also that there's no fare hike at the moment, so why are you doing Haram business by telling lies to me, in This way nobody Will book tickets from u if u don't stop using these tricks

"FRAUDE"

OMG, so many reviews describing exactly the same situation I´m going through!!! This company is clearly fraudulent, and I can´t believe that reputable companies and hotels are still working with them! I booked my holidays through Rehlat at the beginning of August 2022 for 18th-20th August, reference RGL949400, and on 10th August I called the hotel to confirm my booking. Imagine my surprise when I learnt it had been unilaterally cancelled by Rehlat a day or two earlier. Not only was my holiday cancelled since no other hotel in the area was available at such short notice, but almost two months later, they haven´t refunded me, feeding me countless emails about ´payment in process´ and ´accept our sincere apologies´. I´ve already passed this onto my lawyer and in the meantime, I´ll escalate it to all the partners of Rehlat and leave reviews of my horrible experience everywhere I can so that other people don´t fall in the same trap.

Very unprofessional, refund is overdue and no reply to multiple emails! Cancellation reason is wrong flight details from carrier and Rehlat, now have to beg to get back their mistakes though the confirmation email of eligibility for full refund had been sent by Rehlat! And the refund form with all details had been already filled over a month! Refund is due over a month! UNPROFESSIONAL

THE FOLLOWING DAY THEY ASKED FOR 46% MORE THAN THE RATE THAT WAS ON THEIR WEBSITE AND IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO IT YOU NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND JUST KEEP ON SENDING THE SAME READY COPY-PASTE TEMPLATES!!!! THEY KEEP ON GIVING FAKE PROMISES AND NO ACTION WHATSOEVER!!!! IT'S BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS NOW WITHOUT A PENNY BEING REFUNDED
AND GO CHECK REVIEWS ON GOOGLE PLAY, YOU WILL FIND PEOPLE WHO NEVER GOT THEIR MONEY BACK FOR 2 YEARS NOW!!!!!!!
