Stay away from Rehlat!
They canceled my hotel reservation RAE1006986, without giving proper information on time!!!!!!! Worst experience with customer service..........
And it has been almost one month since I have accepted payment for the date change request!
The guy replying emails is just like a robot! Keep copying and replying the same things.
SCAM! PFF

Booked Dubai hotel through this company. Initially had some challenges with the Hotel Confirmation number so opened a support ticket. Support agent by the name Anji was super responsive and helpful. Got the right confirmation and hotel contact number that I could verify myself. Satisfied with service.

prenotazione fatta 1 ottobre, annullano il 3 ottobre senza dirmi nulla. Ho fatto richiesta di rimborso ed attenderò solo 3 giorni prima di andare a fare denuncia alla Polizia italiana.

Bad. Experience I booked the ticket when I pay money they don't issued ticket

THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY. After our booking was cancelled by them on check-in day, our money was never refunded - even though we sent the necessary details for the refund 4 times. They just took the money and left us with no accommodation.

"Super disappointing and pure scammers!!"

Since 2019 I bought a ticket ( Booking ID:1693619 ) , paid 1800 AED and still waiting my refund. Contacted them over hundred times barking like a dog and every time i get the same answer ‘ someone will contact you within 24 hours’ like if it’s their automatic reply. Not mentioning my several emails without any solution, I reached a level that I memorize all their ticketing team names !!!! All what i get us promises !! Just give people their rights!! Even their executive team just sitting and warming the chairs do nothing after my several complaints got escalated to them.

Only solution left is to take legal action and complain to tourism department to interfere and return people rights !!

Very bad, disappointing and doesn’t reflect the professional image of travel sector in UAE.
