El dia 17 de agoste hice la reserva para un hotel en menorca, me cobraron el miso dia, la reserva era para 6-9 de septiembre, el dia 5 de septiembre a la noche me cancelaron, me dieron dos opciones, yo pedi el rembolso, ese mismo dia, hoy dia 19 de octubre y todavia no me devolvieron nada, siempre que escribo me dan un ticket nuevo (es automatico, nadie te contesta ) mi reserva es RGL978892

Horrible customer service. They never send refund they are liars
I canceled my ticket before time and contacted them multiple times about refund they asked me to fill the form which I did immediately, the rep told me you will see refund in 30 days maximum. It's been over 15 months and I am still reminding them to refund me without any action from Rehlat.

"Keine Bestätigungsmail, keine Stornierung möglich"
Ich habe ein Hotel in Antalya über diese Plattform gebucht. DIe Buchung vor Ort war für einen falschen Termin. Das Geld wurde per Kreditkarte abgebucht, es kam aber nie eine Bestätigungmail. Auf eine versuchte Stornierung über das Internetformular kam keinerlei Rückmeldung. Eine E-Mail Adreese ist nicht zu finden.

"No reservar con REHLAT!, Cancelan sin razón y se quedan con el dinero"
Reservé un hotel con Rehlat para el día 14 de agosto de 2022 Hotel Filú Venecia, Italia, me cancelaron sin razón alguna la noche anterior, luego me dijeron que iban a devolver mi dinero, pero llevo más de dos meses esperando y no devuelven nada. Es una estafa.

Prenotazione annullata tramite una loro mail senza preavviso...richiesto rimborso da più di 2 mesi senza risultato. Solo mail automatiche di presa in carico...pessima esperienza.

"MISSING REFUND FOR 4 MOS NOW"
From July 5 till now Oct 18, i have been promised a refund for RAE797695 amounting to 1322.52 AED. How many months is that? It’s my money and I’m begging to have it back.
They will always reply that”they’re forwarding to financial department to expedite the process”, but imagine, close to 4 mos already and still no refund.

"Después de dos meses, no nos han devuelto el dinero."
Reservamos y pagamos con meses de antelación un hotel en Zanzibar y, cuando llegamos, el hotel nos dijo que la reserva había sido cancelada por Rehlat. Nos habían avisado por email el mismo día... A la una de la mañana buscando un hotel cercano que nos diera cama....Indignante... Llevamos desde agosto mandando semalmente un email para reclamar el reembolso y la respuesta siempre es la misma: tienen problemas con el pago y lo trasladarán al departamento financiero. Despues de dos meses no hemos recibido nuestro dinero.

Avoid this company, they canceled my booking the night before my stay for no reason, the room had been paid 4 months in advance and they still have not repaid me 3 months later. They even had the cheek to ask me to cooperate when they have behaved in such a bad manner. Rehlat said there were no rooms available but when we called the hotel directly we managed to book a room on the day of our arrival which cost us extra, which proves they are dishonest as well!

We booked a hotel for my father in madinah from rehlat app and when my father reached there, the hotel management said there is no such booking and he waited three hours there. We called 3 times on the help line of kuwait and they just said we are working on it. So my father went to the other hotel. After that we called them 5 to 6 times to refund our amount but they are just saying that it was non refundable. But this is the mistake from their side not ours. Instead they wasted our time and money and waiting for three hours in the reception after a long journey is a big headache in itself. And he is an elderly person and a patient. Now instead of appologizing and refunding our money, they are just making excuses and creating problem for us. Big scam, never book from them
