the customer service is perfect, you guys do the good job, the only thing which really feel does not make sense is the shipping charge and CH.Robinson many time they do not commit on the time we set for scheduling like an example I setup delivery time between 12 to 5 drivers show up early morning.
I am not sure this is CH.Robinson issue or the carrier drivers, however you guys doing a good job.

The bidding experience was great but now I don’t know the bank info to wire the money for my order which is delaying delivery.

Would give zero stars if it were an option. This company is too outdated. Paumemt took 4 days to clear after winning auction. 2nd day bstock blocked my account because of no payment. This is a very counterproductive company. Good items but makes you jump through hoop to pay. You would think they would make payment smooth. Not this company.

I have won one of items and final prices were $1230 including shipping however only payment option was wire transfer. It costed me another $45. By the time I include the money I have put into these items I would be lucky I would get back my investment. The most disappointing thing is payment option. There are much cheaper, safer, and convenient way to pay. Why only wire transfer which bank charges arm and the legs for it.

I have bought a lot of loads from this company. I honestly haven't found anyone else yet to purchase from as we are a new growing company. My cons are that if you are purchasing say a trampoline and it comes with 2 boxes you rarely ever get the 2 boxes in the same load. That goes for a lot of other merchandise as well. They are bad to list full retail for items and say you are getting 2 of something and have it on manifest as 2 but you actually get 1 or part of 1 etc.... We have bought often enough however that we are aware of what can almost surely happen and try to consider that when bidding. We almost always can count on our biggest ticket items not to be in the load. Don't know why but it happens a lot. You would like to go by photos and look at them with the hopes that you can see if the items on manifest are actually in the load but you can't depend on that either as they don't always have all the photos for the load listed. I can't say that the customer service is good because if I am being totally honest it is not at all. Each time I have contacted them the answer is if it is in manifest then you should get it and I know better. They are not at all sympathetic to any issues you have they would rather you not bother them. Also they have set up where if you do not get items you can make a claim, but good luck with that, they make it a difficult task in itself hoping that most people will not bother. I am one who normally would but I can't stand the thought of the process. So all and all I do continue to do business with them, however I use great caution when bidding and I keep in mind that I have yet to get what is on the manifest by far.
