"Scammers"

After booking these for an airport transfer for April 2025, a deposit of over £200 was taken. When trying to pay the balance, we have been unable to contact them, with emails, messages, calls etc not being answered or returned, we investigated further, and found that this company was dissolved in Dec 2023!!! In the same year (sept 2023) another company OMBH Coaches was formed with the same company director - Talha Abdul KARIM. We have also been unable to get any responses from this company either. How can this be right, a total scam, and now we have a very short time to find a replacement, as well as being out of pocket.

"What a nightmare! "

We booked an OMBH transfer to take 14 of us to London Tilbury docks on 26th Sept this year. We paid a significant deposit and have since read many reviews on this company. We have sent emails and made many phone calls...none are answered. We have cut our losses and booked another firm. I am getting my credit card company on to them to see if they can get any money back...otherwise I will have to claim on my credit card insurance.

Well what can I say an absolute disgrace of a company total SCAM😡😡
Sent out all details took the money quick and then the day before get an email from driver what a joke not even anyone’s phone number 😡to tell us all his details and his name was Onyr haha very funny “Onyr bike” I think 🤦‍♀️
This was my meant to be my Hen party weekend thankfully we still managed to get to the place with no thanks to OMBH your a JOKE.

"One star but should be zero"

One star because there is no option to leave zero stars. I would never book or recommend this company. Our friends booked a minibus for six to Bristol Airport. At £300 it was cheaper than the alternative. We wanted to take one extra bag. OMBH wanted an additional £80 to supply another vehicle (unnecessary), which we were not prepared to pay because parking at Bristol is cheaper. Unfortunately our friend paid the £80 and just 45 minutes later asked for the booking to revert to the original vehicle. OMBH refused and would not refund the additional payment. Because of this the alarm bells started to ring and we all decided to cancel. After several weeks I got my share of the refund - just £15 from the £100 I originally paid. Total rip-off. OMBH are money gouging sharks. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole and will use a local company next time.

"Was sceptical from the start should…"

Was sceptical from the start should have stuck with my gut instinct.. Soon as they get your money they never reply our mini bus to kilmarnock was hauled off the motorway by VORSA for quick inspection and failed had to sit around for over 3 hours and missed our day in kilmarnock but just got there in time for family party.. I mentioned a small compensation for our troubles.. Now they don't reply to emails or answer my phone call.. I will be staying well clear of these cowboys. (the bus we had the sliding door didn't close properly so those sitting near it had a draft not good).

Absolute scammers. Do not use this company. They failed to turn up on the morning of my wedding, which meant our team of 9 staff members could not travel to the venue. They claim the taxi was present, when in fact they were over one hour behind the scheduled time, by which time it was too late and we had made alternative travel arrangements. Follow up complaints were completely ignored, including phone calls, emails and letters. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The staff at OMBH are incredibly friendly and professional, and were always willing to work with us to accomodate our requirements and preferences. Our trip went very smoothly. I'd highly recommend this service to anyone who needs to hire a minibus/coach/etc.

I'd like to thank your minibus company for the great service during our trip from Heathrow to Devon. Our group, included eight students and two adults, and our friendly driver Steve was very good.

Steve was not only a professional but also very friendly. He made it easy for us to find him at Heathrow and gave us clear instructions for the return trip.

On the way back, we had another driver, Jo, who was also very friendly and helpful. She even picked us up an hour earlier than planned because we were worried about getting to Heathrow on time.

Overall, we had a perfect journey with your minibus service. We're really happy with how everything went, and we want to say a big thank you to your team. Steve and Jo were fantastic, and we would highly recommend your company to others looking for reliable transportation
