"VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"
i ordered a pair of helios binoculars on july 22nd, and received them on july 24th. One look thru these was enough to return them, as not sharp at all. Sent recorded delivery, they got them back on july 28th. 14 e-mails later, now august 27th, still no refund, despite being told it would be done. My account has been blocked, and my e-mails ignored. very bsad service, stuff they sell on ebay, under optics land, has a 20% markup. AVOID

Placed an order with these guys, nothing happened for over a week, emailed, called, nothing. Like shouting into the void. In the end my money was refunded, which is good, but no communication at all from Microglobe, cancelling my account. Terrible customer service. I advise shop elsewhere…

I have to admit, I was sceptical given the number of negative reviews.
However my experience has been fine.
Placed an order on Tuesday afternoon. The day after the status of the order changed from "pending" to "processing".
There was no update on the website, however the item just arrived today (Friday).
Only room for improvement really is in the communication around the state of the order. The current:
"pending" -> "processing" -> nothing
Leaves you feeling a bit lost and worried regarding the state of the order. This is exacerbated by the poor reputation on Trustpilot.

I was in two minds after reading other reviews on TP, but microglobe were the only ones who had the equipment I needed & in stock, so I emailed them to confirm they had available for next day shipping. They replied back straight away, so I ordered using PayPal & crossed my fingers -- and got it within 2 days! I was so impressed that I went back & repeated the process (email to check stock; then order) for another, more expensive product -- and got that too, within 2 days, again. I have only praise for the microglobe team -- they replied quickly to all my emails, they shipped both orders ultra-fast, and the products arrived in perfect condition... Their website is not much to look at, but it works & their good service makes up for it -- I will not hesitate to order again.

Received 20x80 Visionary binoculars within 2 days.
They were packed very well indeed, no way could they have been damaged in transit.
They are real quality binoculars and were far cheaper than anywhere else on the internet.
Microglobe would be the first port of call next time I require any such item again.

We ordered on the 17th Dec 2020 and still have not received the item or a refund. They have strung us along so long now that we can't get a charge back through Visa or help from Ebay either as it gone on to long. We got caught with Brexit allowing for the delays that caused and we believed them when they said they had sent the item again in Feb 2021. It's now April and we are too late to get help with a refund!! F...... SCAMMERS!!!!! Don't order from them!!

"Poor company, poor service."
Poor company. Non existent customer service and poor communication. Not responding to messages on website and emails for ages, sending goods showing signs of use in non manufacturer packaged condition, delaying refund. Had to involve PayPal to get refund on returned item. Once you order you do not get e-mail confirmation of an order.
