"Not a good experience with them"

Not a good experience with them. It’s sad cause all the previous times I’ve had were great no problems with the phone, correct colour and everything. This time around was different. I ordered a iPhone 13 256GB in STARLIGHT and I have the confirmation email saying so as well. Once the phone arrived to my surprise I get a PINK colour iPhone instead. Immediately emailed them and asked if I can change the colour back to its initial colour that I was supposed to get. They said they would and that a driver would be sent to pick up the device to get it replaced. I booked the driver for today which ended up the driver never showed or called or texted me. Very disappointed with their service this time around. Used to love purchasing from you guys before hand but this is just not acceptable.

PS: the parcel that it was delivered in was opened as well. Very sketch

"Instalaments"

Hi, sye ada buat instalments dari 15/8/24 hingga 30/8/2024..Masih tak dapat call dari mane-mane pihak pun.. benda dah bayar untuk satu bulan. bile tanya dalam proses. Bape lama nak tnggu dah nak masuk bulan 9 dah.. Sya nak cancel oder klau smpai bulan 9 pon masih proses je .. tolong sye nak cancel instalments to.. penat la nak menunggu.. nak suruh tnggu bape lama? sebulan ke ?

"Samsung S23+ ordered - S23 FE delivered"

I, too, can only report negatively about the supposed Asian market leader for refurbished smartphones.

I urgently need a new smartphone and as I'm currently spending every baht on renovating my house, I didn't want to spend so much money - but I still wanted to get a good smartphone.

On Thursday, 01.08.2024, I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S23+ on the website of CompAsia (Thailand), and of course, paid immediately.
Due to the "next day delivery" advertisement, I was of course already looking forward to holding my new smartphone in my hand on Friday.

But on Friday, there was still no tracking number and no shipping status. I contacted CompAsia via Line Messenger. After a few hours, I got an answer. The smartphone would be sent by DHL today. As I said, the homepage says: "Next day delivery with Kerry".

I was told that they always switch between Kerry and DHL, today it was DHL's turn.

I finally received the smartphone on Saturday. However, when setting it up via SmartSwitch, I was told that I would be sending data to an S23 FE. Since the S23 and the FE look identical on the outside, I canceled the setup and went to the settings of the new smartphone - and indeed, it says Samsung Galaxy S23 FE.

I then communicated again via Line Messenger.
I was told that I had ordered the S23 FE. Corresponding screenshots were sent to me via Messenger. However, my account on the website says S23+ and the confirmation email for my order also says S23+.

I was then informed that there were probably technical problems in the English version of the store. Honestly? Not my problem. I informed them accordingly.

I was asked if I wanted to keep the S23 FE or if I wanted a refund of the purchase price. I said I wanted the S23+, which I had also ordered.

The S23+ was no longer in stock and would no longer be coming.

I then asked if the iPhone 13 was available. This was confirmed to me.

However, there was a difference of 1,090 THB (approx. 28 euros) between the S23 FE and the iPhone 13. I had hoped for goodwill because of the problems - but was disappointed accordingly. The S23 FE is to be picked up by courier on Monday, then I should also pay the difference and as soon as the S23 FE has arrived back at CompAsia, the iPhone would be sent.

I rejected this as I don't want to wait another week to receive my smartphone.

So I told them to pick up the S23 FE and refund my money. This was confirmed, but with the note that the refund of the purchase price takes a week and I should send copies of my account and passport.

Of course, no such information was requested when I paid for my order.

Today, on Sunday, I decided to keep the S23 FE - as I don't want to wait at least 1 week for either a new smartphone or my money.

But it was definitely my last purchase from CompAsia. The many negative experiences here show that there is something wrong with this company.

Of course, there are copies and screenshots of the purchase and the chat history to prove my experience.

"Service"

Customer service was good, BUT when I first bought my phone, the battery health was 97%. I had to send it for repair because the battery health dropped. They said they were going to repair it but instead they replaced my phone! They lied to me, and the new one has worse battery health (87%) and how do I know? Because this phone doesn't have my previous screen protector. I'm disappointed, especially since I bought a warranty and a high-quality excellent phone. It feels like a waste of money.

"SELLING TELCO LOCK IPHONE!!"

okay beli iphone 14 dengan installment 12 bulan tapi bila sampai ada telco lock. Dorang suruh hantar balik and nanti akan check apa yang patut. then!! almost 1 week until today 19/12/2024 baru terkial-kial nak respond. Itu pun lepas saya cakap nak claim guna tribunal pengguna and report pada KPDNKK GUYS. Overall experience just worst and irritating bayangkan dorang hold 1 week and after said i nak report tiba2 boleh send replacement, itu pun warna lain and not in condition that satisfied the price. see below for conclusion

1. CS agak slow tapi dorang try to help jangan salahkan staf tapi salahkan company. Dah expend serata asia tapi taknak invest kat CS
2. feels like kena scam sebab beli telco lock. WTH just bad experince because I buy the excellent condition with warranty.
3. they try their best untuk you all not asking for refund, but just be firm big company kot they should have the cash reserve to pay back.
4. If ada dispute, kejar sampai dapat sebab mmg payah juga CS nak balas maybe sebab limited facilities. I suggest reach them using email better dari guna WS.

"Dont buy wearables!"

Bought a Galaxy Watch 6 from them, just 3 months in, the screen disattached and I cant even unlock the watch. Not to mention the battery capacity just plummeted after the screen detached. Haih waste of money.

Refurbished phone, like new at bargain price. Despite it claimed cosmetic is fair, but the phone looks new. They provide extra 6 months warranty if you bought 6 months warranty.

"Extremely poor company looking to scam…"

Extremely poor company looking to scam people. Do not buy from them.

Asked for photos of credit cards and photos of IC card via whatsapp! Sooo suspicious.

Ordered item and paid extra for express delivery yet 2 days later and have not received the item. Was told it was out for delivery on day 2 yet 10pm and still no sign. Of course customer service in unreachable...

"Lock telco phone"

My experience buying it for the first time and maybe the last time. Received my oppo n3 flip after 4days by poslaju but not that laju. The phone, not turn off (i wonder why), slightly like new, no scratch.

Day 2 of using it i reset it back cuz i need to transfer my whatsapp chat from iphone and there the truth coming out "THIS IS CONTRACT PHONE.IF THE NUMBERS IS IN ARREARS, THE PHONE WILL BE LOCKED" i got a telco lock phone. So i contact the customer service and they setup me to return it back the device so they can fix it

And its been 7 days my phone no update, not fix. They keep repeating "in the midst of repairing.. warranty take time 14days". Today i asked it again they still give me the same answer. But when im totally mad they said need to QC first to detect the issue and they WILL PROCEED if any issue occur. So for the last 7 days they didnt fix my phone at all. The thing is lock phone doesnt need 14days to fix it. Just need a few hours.

so pls compasia pls check your device properly when u received people selling it to you. If u really want to sell used device pls provide the best lahh jangan main jual je. AND PLS UPDATE AND BE HONEST TO YOUR CUSTOMER. jangan pusing pusing tipu customer. I just need my device reset and sent it back to me.
